Comment: Wicks and specifically Victor Romero did an excellent job repairing our solar unit. They gave a fair price (for what wasnt covered), were on time for all appointments, and were super friendly all around. The people I talked to in the office we very nice as well but Victor in particular was great and friendly and extremely knowledgable. If any other issues arise I will gladly work with them again and I full-throatedly would recommend Wicks and Victor to anyone who asked me. Thank you so much again!

Comment: We recently moved to San Luis Obispo and went with Wicks for a new roof and solar due to a number of recommendations from developers and home owners in the area. We were not disappointed. From Michelle and John coordinating the project (and dealing with our Solar Thermal contractor) to Mason and Mike wrapping up the electrical and final inspection, I was impressed. I just wish all of our projects went this smoothly.

Comment: Theyre placed my aging roof. Cleaned gutters, replaced solar panels and cleaned them. Left the property clean. Our neighbor used them. Price was ok. Employees from assessor, installers, custumer service was good. It was hard to find a roofer this year, but it helped to talk to them in person while they fixed my neighbors roof and installed their solar.

Comment: Flawless experience!From our initial contact (Seth) to size our system and inform us about our options (especially getting in with NEM 2.0), to the installation process (Chad, Ethan, & others), and all the management and office support (Michelle & Maddie), and especially for working behind the scenes to get the Tesla inverter app working for me (Mason).Working with Wicks and their team made everything easy for us, we just signed up, got notifications as the project progressed, and they dealt with all the PG&E/City permitting/sign-offs so a few weeks after starting we were pushing power back to the grid.We would definitely recommend Wicks!~Bryan Hilderbrand

Comment: My experience with Wicks Solar as a replacement for Tesla has been far superior. The company really stands behind their products and workmanship. Customer service is first class. Recently, I experienced a backup battery failure. Wicks processed the warranty claim and promptly sent out Jonathan Hernandes to complete the installation, checkout and test of the replacement. Jonathan responded to all of my technical questions then documented all vital information regarding the replacement battery. I highly recommend Wicks Solar as an option to any solar company you are considering or are dissatisfied with. Thank you Jonathan and all of the Wicks team. Keep up the outstanding work!

Comment: Wick’s retiled my roof and installed solar panels in 2022 in Arroyo Grande. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Now, two years later, I happened to check my solar app and found I hadn’t been producing solar for a month, so I called Mason, who was the original electrician. He responded immediately and found I had a bad inverter. It took a couple weeks to get a new one shipped, as all things are taking longer now (Feb 2022), but Mason stayed on top of it and communicated regularly. Jon installed the new inverter and I’m once again producing solar. Both Mason and Jon are skilled, personable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Wick’s Roofing and Solar.

From start to finish everything was on time and handled professionally. Final product looks great and functioning perfectly.
