Comment: After numerous quotes and roofing companies not even showing up to provide a quote, we had Villareal Roofing provide a quote for our roof. They were very competitive and Gilbert came across as honest and professional. They are finishing up our roof project today and I am very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the entire company. The crew was hard working and respectful of our home as they tore off the entire roof and patio roof to replace. They went out of their way to ensure we are completely satisfied with the outcome. Jolene in the office was great and overall this was a very positive experience! I would (and have), highly recommend Villareal Roofing for your home roofing project. Five stars from me!!

I confirmed my estimate online on Saturday. I got a call Monday to schedule my appt the next day. The job was done the same day right before another storm came in. Comment: I had a leak at my house and called Villareal Roofing, they came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. They scheduled me and came out within two days and repaired the leak. The leak was in a peculiar area in-between the house and garage. It leaked the next heavy downpour. I emailed Villareal and told them it still leaked and the next morning the owner Mr. Villareal personally came out himself, identified the problem and repaired it that day. He also assured me if there was any problem he would return. It is not leaking anymore. I wish more businesses operated in this manner, and highly recommend Villareal roofing for any roofing problems.

Comment: I called Villareal roofing for a quote to install a new roof. I had 3 quotes and they gave me thebest price. They had installed my neighbors roof a few years back and did a great job. We decided to go with them. Gilbert told me they would be able to do it at the end of the year. They were able to come early which worked out great for me. They came out and finished the job completely in two days. The job they did was was extremely professional. They cleaned up all the debris, their workers were great, they painted all our roof penetrations to match our roof, new hurricane vents. The roof looks beautiful, Im so happy I chose Villareal roofing. They are a local company, I wanted to stay local if I could. Two roofers only talked price.Gilbert Jr was the only roofer who came and listened to what we wanted, a complete old roof tear-off, damaged wood replaced and quality shingles installed. He inspected the roof and presented material options with a roof ridge vent to keep the attic cooler. Turns out Gilbert Jr has been working on roofs with his Father Gilbert Sr since he was a child; Gilbert knows roofing!We studied roofing shingle types, materials, underlayment, manufacturing companies, warranties and installation companies.We selected Villareal Roofing and the GAF Roofing System with a good selection of materials and colors and a 50 year/lifetime warranty. We won’t be around another 50 years, maybe our roof could be. We learned Villareal roofing is a GAF Certified company; GAF only selects the BEST companies for this level of certification.Villareal roofing is a Team of people working together to turn our roof into a priority project. Because wed been ghosted by several other roofing companies so its great to find a professional company. Def worth hiring if you need someone for your roof!
