Comment: I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic job Jose and his team did on our roof. We had a few leaks from the tropical storm on our house and needed it fixed right away, we went around for estimates and by far Valley Roofing was the best priced and fastest to book. They repaired our entire roof over 2.5 days and wouldve finished in 2 if not for the rain. The professionalism and efficiency of their team was fantastic and our roof looks brand new, they also did extra work to prevent any future leaks without charge. Truly an honest and fantastic team.

Left my property completely clean; even as they worked for 2 days with no mess anywhere.Jose, son of the owner, is extremely professional with great knowledge of his product and explains everything simply for the lay person. They take many pictures along the job and keep you current with progress. He answers your calls, texts immediately..They honor their original quote with no changes or up selling tactics. A bit more expensive than others, but well worth it. To get the best quality, you must pay more fortop notch work and excellence.I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Comment: My wife and I were contacted by our insurance company informing us that in order to renew our policy we would have a surcharge applied, due to what they considered was poor roofing conditions. However, we suspected that our roof was still in good standing since we have not had any issues. Nevertheless, after speaking with our insurance company, they informed us that in order to remove the surcharge we would need to have a licensed roofer inspect our roof and confirm that our roof was in good standing. After relentlessly looking online, reading reviews and calling local roofers we came across Valley Roofing. We are so grateful to have come across such a professional and kindhearted company. This is a family-owned company and because of this they cater to you as if you were family. When we called in, we spoke to Jose, he was not only informative, but he was also confident and reassured us that within a few days his team would be at our home to inspect our roof. Within two days, he was at our home. He arrived with another employee and they both inspected our roof for roughly an hour. After the inspection, he provided us with a thorough overview of what his team observed. He was entirely transparent and provided my wife and I with multiple options and what we should expect in the coming years but that ultimately our suspicions were correct, and our roof was still okay for a few years. We can’t stress how important this was for us, we know nothing about roofs and Valley Roofing’s honesty and just overall understanding of the situation for us, was very much appreciated. We went ahead and took them up on their suggestion to perform routine maintenance, which consisted of resealing all our pipe flashings. The entire experience was fantastic, we never once felt uneasy and were in constant communication with the Valley Roofing team. We have already told them that in the next few years we will be contacting them again to do our entire roof. My wife and I are very happy and would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately I need to add his name & business to my home warranty list. I’m hoping my home warranty will able to assign him to my claim status. They listened to me and were very responsive to my questions and concerns; and their prices were reasonable compared to other bids that I received. The materials they used were top quality. Before the work began, I called Jose several times to ask questions that I had forgotten initially, and he was always available and patient. Being that we were experiencing our first storm in our new house, we reached out to friends for any recommendations on someone who could help us with roof repair. Comment: I put off fixing my roof because I could not find anybody who made me feel comfortable about their work, until I found Valley Roofing.  They first came by and  walked the roof, discussed the work that needed to be done in specific sections of the roof, and gave me a very fair quote. They showed up on time to do the work. During the process they took photos (per my request) and kept me informed. They even went above and beyond to secure other areas of the roof that they discovered while doing the work because they believe in having a solid roof and  pride themselves on quality work. Top notch professionalism throughout the entire project. They also did an excellent job of clean-up when the work was finished.  I had the repair done in January 2021, a few days before we had very strong winds and all is still good. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a roof contractor that is honest and performs a great service. Exceptional! They are also licensed by the state of California. I am grateful to have found them.

Comment: Valley roofing is without a doubt one of the rare gems in the industry. From the moment I contacted them to get a quote to the day they started work and then completed it they were amazing. The communication was spot on. This is a big deal to me. I totally understand that not all jobs go exactly as planned but I can not stand it when contractors dont communicate and leave you hanging for days wondering when they are going to show up. Valley Roofing always showed up when they said they would and always answered my texts promptly. I seriously could write a book about how great they are! Every day they came to work they were so clean, honestly my property looked better when they left than when they got there. They swept and picked up everything, and I had a complete roof removal and repair and replacement, so there was quiet a mess going on.
