Called Sal, He sent someone out right away, Ordered a new converter for my daughters house, They came out and installed it, and came by my house and fixed my panel as well. Underline energy cares about people. They know how hot it gets in san diego, and AC being used all day. They made sure the solar was up and running in no time to help save on energy. Sal also cares Because he fixed the solar on my daughters house that another company installed, but went out of business. Underline energy took over to make sure everything always runs smoothly for us. Thank God for people like sal and underline energy Concepts, The company that cares. I highly recommend!

Comment: We purchased our solar panels from Underline. It started with Jeff and his install team. They did a very good installation of the panels without breaking any of our tiles and they cleaned up everything. Then we waited for Edison to install the Generation Meter Adapter to be installed which it was finally installed. Then we waited for the city inspector to come out and approve the system which they did and it was approved. A Underline tech Brandon came with the inspector. But, Through the entire process I have to give huge kudos to Michael Simms. Michael kept us informed and any time I had a question or concern he was there to resolve it. If he didn’t call/text me he would drop by. He is a very professional individual and most definitely is a huge asset to Underline.

Comment: Sal at Underline Energy Concepts saved me. I signed a contract with company “T”and all they did was keep changing the install date for months. So I had to cancel the contract. Then I signed a contract with company “3”. That company came out right away started installation and then told me they needed to increase the price by $5000. So I had to cancel that contract. I then contacted Sal. Sal, his crew and the office personal were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them. The solar panels have been on my roof for seven months now, and are working great and producing what I was promised.

I recommend them wholeheartedly!Long version: We installed solar at our prior Palm Springs house, 2 years ago, and were very pleased with the result. When we moved to our new home here in Palm Springs we reached back to that same supplier for a quote. And another from a local solar company. Doing an online search, I discovered Underline Energy Concepts in Lake Elsinore. Had never heard of them and was leery of using someone not immediately local. They blew the estimates from the two local companies out of the water!The earlier supplier was 15% higher; the other local firm was 50% higher priced.However, the difference went way beyond price. Underline had everything IN STOCK (panels, batteries, etc), while the local companies said theyd have to order a battery and it could take weeks. Instead, they said, Battery technology is still evolving and youre really better off waiting a year or two. Really?Underlines sales rep was on top of everything, their estimator and installers showed up when they said they would, and the company has addressed every question/issue Ive had immediately. Wish I could say the same for the local HVAC contractor we used.A neighbor of ours checked out Underline, stopped by their facility and talked to/grilled Sal for over an hour about solar. Our neighbor is very thorough in doing his research. He also signed up with Underline and is only waiting on City permit approval to get started.I absolutely recommend you check out Underline Energy Concepts for your own solar installation!

Comment: Underline Energy Concepts has done a complete upgrade for us: removed the old (and broken) tile roof, reroofed with energy efficient composite shingles, 38x Panel Solar Photovoltaic install (with individual optimizers and single inverter) and 2x Tesla Powerwall 2 whole house batteries. We also used this opportunity to upgrade from a 200A to a 400A electrical service for future use.The system design was more complex than a straight forward system, due to the layout of the house and property, the location of the SDGE service entrance and ultimately my personal preference regarding battery and Inverter location.Underline handled everything great: coordinated various work crews and tasks, handled all the permitting and coordination with electric company – even in the middle of 2020 pandemic.I’m very happy with their work and the final working system. The impact on our electric bill was immediately visible from the 1st day on.Their work crews all were polite and professional; and they worked hard even on the hottest of days. Even their stucco guy was a miracle worker!When I was shopping around various vendors Underline was more than $10k cheaper with the overall system than the 2nd runner up (all vendors were bidding comparative systems).The office/design/engineering/sales staff as well as the various work crews at Underline were all great to work with and I’m very happy I went with Underline.I would definitely recommend Underline Energy Concepts to anyone interested in going solar, saving on their electricity bills or a combination of both.

I called and spoke to Sal, he was very knowledgeable and practical and always provided timely responses, either email/phone/text. Dealing with Sal was very stress free. At the same time I did my due diligence and spoke to several other solar companies including SunPower (rates as best panels but more than 50% expensive than Underline. I finally picked Underline and Sal took care of everything from inspection, city permits, my millions of questions, installation, and coordinate with SCE. We discussed the my solar plan and gave me options on panel manufactures and panel positioning on my roof. I wanted extra panel for future home addition, therefore decided i wanted 34 panels on one side of my roof as we get sun on that side of the house all year long. We pulled the trigger and installed shortly after in January 2018 and only took a few short days. I am very happy with service, the installation and the aesthetics of my 34 LG panel all on the backyard side of my roof. He even included a variable speed pool pump with the installation!! I have to say, I have saved so much money this summer I am truly impressed. Not only am i saving money, but also making money with Edison credits, the system is paying for its self. Comment: Sal and his team did a great job from start to finish. I went and researched many different companies across yelp as well as getting quotes from them and by far they had the best deal. I went with the purchase instead of lease option for the tax credit. Every step of the way, Sal was walking me through what was going to happen. The process happened very quickly and within a month or so our entire system was functioning and we were seeing how many trees we’re saving on our fancy pants app. Overall a great decision on our part and we don’t regret our $10 Edison bill one bit.

I have been nothing but pleased with the service I received from this company and couldnt recommend it more highly.Most recently, I was working outside and noticed that my inverter was stuck in night mode (about a year after my solar was installed). A quick look at the SolarEdge app revealed that the inverter hadnt been generating power for several weeks. I contacted Jesse via text and he logged into my account online and was able to immediately confirm that the inverter was broken. By the next day, he had contacted the inverter company and had a replacement part shipped out. However, before that replacement inverter even arrived, they had replaced the inverter with another and completed the job very efficiently. No bill, no hassle, minimal wait...just results. Solar is working well once again and Im ready to blast the A/C for that summer heat - Bring. It. On.

Jessie and his team installed solar on my home in lake arrowhead Ca. and I have nothing but good things to say. not only did he save me on the actual cost of solar and install compared to solar city and sun run, but he even beat Costcos prices. they installed the latest top of the line solar panels that generated more power than the previous vendors.Coupled with the 30% government rebate, I really made out on the deal, and my electric bill remained approx. 30 dollars for the entire year. They even were able to purchase a backup generator for me and include it with the solar invoice. any questions I had prior to or after install have been answered and taken care of very quickly. if your looking for a solar company, I would highly recommend these guys.
