But I appreciate the mitigation to prevent it water going in more. Comment: I had a roof inspection when I was in escrow. Because of the report, I bought a two year warranty which was very affordable. A leak was discovered when I was having my flooring replaced. It was not previously discovered by the former owner. True Roof came out promptly and took shingles off in he area where they thought could be the problem. They discovered the original builder did not install the flashing. True Roof completely installed the proper flashing and sealed it and replaced my shingles and also guaranteed that there would be no leaks. This was completely covered by the warranty I purchased. With all of the rain we had this year, my roof repair is holding the way it should. I highly recommend True Roof. They are also reasonable.

Comment: Cant speak highly enough of the service I have received from True Roof. Marco, the manager for our job, went above and beyond in helping us select the color for our roofing materials. He made multiple trips up the hill, 25+ minutes, to give us samples and talk us through. As for the install, the team showed up on time, did what they said they would do, and did it on time. They also did a good job cleaning up the job site. Moreover, Marco and the foreman worked with us on a chimney issue and helped make sure the rust in the the flume got treated and the correct screen for embers installed. Marco also checked in multiple times to make sure all installed correctly. Very happy and a fair price. Front office is responsive as well. Thank you.

Comment: My first contact with True Roof was in October 2021 when I started having a leak with my current roof that wasnt more than 3.5 years old (purchased home). I did a comparison on materials and costs with different roofers etc. TRUE ROOF not only gave me the best price option but they really went above and beyond making sure I knew exactly what was being done and that I understood what they were telling me. With my roof not properly installed by the seller I purchased home from, Odis took additional measures to make sure the roof on my home would last me 10+ years. I went with a roof restoration with silicone coating. I am very pleased with all routes of service: phone, in person and labor. My restoration was completed in June-July of the this year. I waited until our first good storm to test the work, it has not disappointed. The young man who came out to my home for the initial project evaluation answered all my questions, offered information I hadnt thought to consider, and acted professionally and courteously.The roofing crew members were no different - professional, skilled, obviously experienced, very efficient, and courteous. They quickly and safely dismantled my solar array. Given the very steep pitch of my roof they deployed all the required safety gear and followed necessary procedures. Throughout the project they did a great job of containing and removing all the debris. And they worked fast!The owner/project manager kept me up to date regarding the schedule and answered my process related questions via timely phone calls, text messages and on-site visits. Plus he gave me a great deal compared to the bids I received from two other area roofing contractors! And get this... the week before the project was scheduled, he called to tell me his crew was available to start immediately if it was convenient for me! How many contractors have you dealt with that started sooner than they initially promised and finished the project days quicker than their initial estimation? That never happens with trades contractors in my experience!All in all I will not hesitate to highly recommend True Roof to anyone.
