Comment: Im very happy that Trio Roofers custom built sheet metal to cover the leaking parapet walls on the roof of my historical home. After last years storms, a pair of parapet walls on our historical house roof leaked. The walls were designed and built over a hundred of years ago with curved lines and metal covers. It required custom sheet metal work to fix the walls. It was very hard to find a contractor to do custom sheet metal work. We were happy to find Trio Roofers who has specialist to do the custom sheet metal work. Simon was the project manager, who came twice to estimate the work with the specialist Ovidio. They gave us a realistic estimate of work and price. Even though I thought the price was high initially, but they proved that the custom work was hard which required three months hard work (to be clear, there were several breaks, not entirely continuous three months) . Simon took photos along the entire process to show us the progresses, and was always ready to answer questions. Ovidio and his assistants did the custom cut on site. After three months, the work was done. They did water test to ensure the fix was leak-free. Upon request, they also painted the sheet metal with rust-free black paint to match the style of the house. After the first storm of the winter, we are very happy to report the house is finally leak-free. Thank you, Simon and Ovidio.

Comment: Trio roofers are excellent and very skilled installer. We had a large and complex roof. The old roof was removed and the new roof completely installed in 2 days. Equally important, highly knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use only them if I need to.

We made a mistake and wasted a lot of time getting 5 different estimates from companies all around the Bay Area, while we could have just gone with our first one - Trio Roofers! It was hands down the most professional company we got to review, who put a lot of work into preparing our quote and answering tons of extra questions we had, they also gave us a great deal and made it all affordable. The final result looks wonderful, we love the new gutters that perfectly match the style of our house. We strongly recommend Simon and his team to anyone looking to fix their roof. Comment: I recently had a great experience with Trio Roofers! I manage a small apartment complex and one of my tenants texted me a picture of spot on their wall changing color. Concerned about a potential leak from the roof to into the attic, I did a quick search for roofers near me. Immediately I noticed Trio had 58 five star ratings, not a single one under five stars. The person that answered the phone was polite and professional and able to schedule someone to come out the next morning within a 2 hour window.The next morning I received a call from Roi notifying me that he would be at my property within 30 minutes. When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional. He completed a 15 minute inspection of the roof. He pointed out the area where he believed water was getting in and causing the Sheetrock to discolor. He also pointed out another area that was soft and which he believed needed repair, as well as a few other issues with the roofing and rain gutters. He provided me a detailed estimate by the end of the business day.I accepted his bid as it was not cheap by any means but was definitely fair, given the scope of the work. A storm was coming the next day so he assured me that his men would come and tarp off the 2 areas that were potentially leaking. They followed through and fully tarped off the roof. Two days later I got a call from Roi saying that the weather looked clear for Monday and he wanted to schedule my project for Monday morning.His crew arrived Monday around 8 am and were able to finish the job within about 6 hours! Guillermo, the crew chief was very kind and showed me the before and after pics before leaving. Roi came a couple of hours later and inspected the work. He gave me a detailed description of the work performed as walked me through the pictures. I was very pleased with the work completed and confident that my roof is secure and protected for years to come!Trio Roofers completed my job quickly and thoroughly for a fair cost. I’m keeping Roi’s number on file and using them for all future roofing needs!

Comment: Trio Roofers and their representative Benjamin was beyond our expectations! They provided a very professional job, and their kindness and commitment far exceeded our expectations. After getting multiple quotes for the needed job, we were impressed by Benjamins knowledge, great reputation of Trio Roofers in the area, and their attention, and follow up from the beginning to the very end of the job! The workers that came to our house were timely, respectful, and dedicated to doing a good job (even with a wind storm the first day). Everyday they made sure the house and surrounding area was left clean and neat. We were grateful for that. Were so very happy with Trio Roofers! You will be too! The price was also comparably good. Highly recommended! (Note: The roof was for my mom who is a senior, and their congeniality and understanding went a long way. Thank you Ben!)
