Comment: Professional, Polite. Respectful to your home. Quality work! Very hard workers. You can tell this Co., the Foreman and his crew are like family. The crew respect him! Oftentimes, you find the crew work “differently” when the boss is not around. Not with Town & Country. They worked the same regardless. If the foreman was on another job and coming later, if he sent his crew ahead, it’s like he’s there! He was in constant communication w the guys. I was so nervous to start such a big and expensive project in the middle of a pandemic and Covid. I felt, The Foreman and his crew really cared about our home..bringing “legitimate” issues to our attention that needed to be addressed. Not manufactured issues to get more money out of us. Sometimes who you hire to work on your home , sometimes reflects on you. I was PROUD to see them pull up, with clean, presentable trucks w the Company Logo. It reinforces the quality work, with a quality Company. Oh and lastly...the crew and Foreman had no problem working and consulting with a woman! Very important to me, since i’ve had some bad experiences in the construction industry. They took their time and did quality work. Highly recommended!
