Comment: Had Beto from Top Line Roofing come out to inspect my roof shortly after closing on a home. Needed a new roof as well as repairs to termite damage. Their quote was much more comprehensive than the other bids that came in. Once the work began, their crew was FAST. Hopefully I wont need to worry about my roof for a long time!

Comment: They went above and beyond what was the initial roof survey. They found new broken tiles and crack problems and fixed them within the agreed budget. Jordi and Juan are workers that take their job seriously. Detail oriented and perfectionist attitude makes them highly recommended. Thank you again!

Comment: Top Line Roofing did a great job. The Forman/Site Manager you assigned to the project was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. I’ve lived in San Diego for over 70 years. I thought picking a day in August to re-roof was a safe bet to eliminate any weather related incidents. Then along came hurricane Hillary. I was concerned since the roof was halfway completed when the storm hit. The Forman assured the roof was water tight and there are “no worries”. He was correct. The roof looks great and the work started and ended on schedule with no surprises, other than hurricane Hillary.

Comment: We reviewed several roofing contractors and received estimates. However, we were sure glad we selected Top Line Roofing. Their costs were competitive and their estimate was considerably more detailed than others. The team that performed the re-roofing was outstanding. The resulting roof is fantastic -- looks like a piece of art -- all the tiles were installed with such detail and repaired many areas from the old roof. Just cant say enough as to how good of job their team performed. Always kept areas around house clean so we could continue yard work and access our cars. Wayne and Armando were the main contacts and they always kept us informed as to how the work was progressing. Final roof was completed as estimated and as planned. Picture is shown below. They were recommended as a great roofing contractor in our nextdoor neighborhood blog and we whole heartedly agree. Highly recommend Top Line Roofing to others.

Comment: Top Line did has done two roof jobs for us. We had our roof replaced and a solar tube added in 2014. They did a great job, the roof has held up wonderfully and the solar tube was a great addition to an interior bathroom. In 2019 we did an addition and they did the roof for that also with 2 solar tubes. Reputable and very good to work. We would use them again without reservation

Comment: Waynes crews worked on two roofs for me; a cement tile maintenance and repair, and a full replacement for an asphalt shingle roof. Both projects were completed on time, as quoted and look great. I would highly recommend Top Line Roofing.

Comment: Pretty close to perfect experience. Estimator arrived on time, inspected the broken skylight and gave a fair quote on the spot. No upsell. Signed a contract via Doc-u-sign. After the expected 3 weeks for parts delivery, received a phone call to schedule installation. Installer arrived on time, did the work and left. Received and paid the invoice the next day.
