Comment: Three Clovers Roofing has just completed the installation of a new roof on my residence. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the final product. The owner of Three Clovers Roofing, Justin Yarnell was exactly what you want to find when taking on a major improvement to your home. He was very thorough in his bid preparation, explaining all options and clarifying what each option would entail. His bid was very competitive, less than half of what a large roofing contractor proposed for the exact same product and work. I had specific time frames for when I needed the work done and Justin assured me that he could meet those time frames. In the end he met them completely. He kept me informed every step of the way on progress and what to expect next. He took great pride in his workmanship and went the extra mile to insure a quality job. He delivered everything he committed to from cost, to time frames, to quality product, to workmanship. He is a true professional, but throughout made me feel like an old friend. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend.

Comment: I am so thankful I found Three Clovers Roofing and hired them to install our new roof. It was an absolute pleasure to have Justin, the owner of the company, personally work on our roof himself. I had estimates from multiple roofing contractors but they all quoted me more than twice the amount what Justin quoted me. Justin was honest, always on time, and kept me updated on the job from the first day he came out to take a look at my roof for the estimate, to the day he completed the project. Justin treated me and my family with utmost respect and consideration, always going above and beyond his call of duty and delivering more than what he promised. Despite all the extra custom work he did around our unique chimney, he did not add any extra cost. I highly recommend Justin and Three Clovers Roofing to anyone looking for a professional and reliable roofing contractor in and around Simi Valley.

Comment: I went and got 5 estimates on my roof. The spread was $20K. I found some of these higher estimate roofers either mis-measured or quoted much higher square prices There seemed to be a certain amount of up-bidding with 3 of the contractors. Three Clover steered me towards the best shingles and an honest estimate(2nd lowest bid). His post reviews have noted this honesty aspect. Here is what else I found:1. Justin closely supervises his crew and regularly briefs the homeowner on work progress and about any issues that may surface.2. He is flexible with any change orders you request with knowledge on the best and cheapest way to accomplish this additional work.3. He does not cut corners and uses quality labor.4. He finishes his work with a thorough clean-up.My new roof was recently tested for any leaks and shingle blow-off with our recent hurricane. There were no issues. I gave it an A grade.I recommend to choose Justin and Three Clover you wont go wrong

Comment: Three Clovers did an exceptional job replacing my roof. Justin and his team went beyond the standard work and made improvements an d repairs where needed. My roof had some unique issues due to my HVAC unit but Justin was able to make the necessary adjustments or fixes to ensure a seamless transition. The roof looks absolutely beautiful. Hus quote was very reasonable and there were no additional charges to complete. Im extremely happy with the work and highly recommend this company.

Comment: I was in a bind from a botched solar install. I was forced to replace my entire roof. I reached out to Justin from Three Clover Roofing he personally walked me thru the entire process made me aware of all aspect of the job. He was on time and professional. Comment: We had the best experience with Justin. Very Professional, Man of his word, honest and a good guy. During the rains it was almost impossible to find a roofer.. he was the ONLY one who called me back! Although he couldnt do the repairs right away due to all the rain, he came over and tarped my roof for me. always in touch and making a plan to come do the roof. Its all done now! Highly Recommend!!

Comment: Justin is a true professional. He was upfront and honest about the condition of my old roof and gave the pros and cons of doing a lengthy repair to buy some time or do a full replacement. He completed the job on time and for the cost he quoted. He has done multiple roof jobs for my family. I would definately use him again.

Comment: Our roof was estimated to be over 30 years old, loosing shingles and definitely needed to be replaced. We are extremely happy with our new roof installed by Three Clovers Roofing and highly recommend them. Their written estimate included an accurate and detailed cost of the job and matched the final price quoted. They took care of the permit, showed up on the agreed upon start date, and completed the job in a timely fashion. They paid attention all details of the aspects of the job, including leaving a clean job site when they were done. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, the materials used and completion of the job.

Comment: Justin installed 2 solar roof vents, removed an old a/c cage on the roof, then repaired that area where the cage was installed. Justin was professional, efficient, and punctual. Our family is very satisfied with his work. Highly recommended.

Comment: This is a long time coming but so deserved. Last year, with all the rain, I had a leak in my office (which is on the bottom floor). Part of the office is not under the second story. Several roofing companies quoted the area to be fixed as the part that was not covered by the second story. When Justin gave me a quote; he was the only one who stated it was the valley of the second floor that needed to be repaired. He asked me to check the closets to see if they were leaking since they were directly below the valley. To my surprise, I found the water dripping in there too. He took the time to explain why it was the valley and not the area everyone else said. Justin even came out to cover my roof until he was able to do the job. He was very professional, constantly in communication, came when scheduled, completed the job when he said he would, and stuck to the price of the contract. Three Clovers Roofing is definitely the only company I would trust!

Comment: Three Clovers Roofing, owned by Justin Yarnell, was very easy to work with. He spelled things out very clearly in his estimate followed by a contract, and he always kept me informed about the schedule and when theyd be working at my house. They went above and beyond, handling things Im sure others wouldnt have wanted to deal with (like raccoon poop) and did more than originally agreed when things were uncovered during the job. Id definitely recommend him to anybody interested in a new roof!

Comment: I love this company! Justin is the best roofer I have ever worked with! He was honest and forthcoming about what we needed to do to put on a new roof to the house we had just purchased. He helped me through the process and did all the work in a timely manner. In addition, he did an inspection of my roof after our solar was installed, at my request, and found the work to be very unsatisfactory. While the solar company said they would make the needed repairs, I already knew that I wanted to Justin to do it. I made the solar company pay to have Justin do the repairs, and also to be here when they re-installed the panels. Justin was a total professional the ENTIRE time! I highly recommend Justin and his work if you are looking for a new roof, or just roof repairs.
