Comment: We rarely write reviews but couldn’t help ourselves in this case, the experience with Streamline Roofing was great. To set the stage, we live in an almost 100 year old house, which has had some questionable work done over the decades, and always needs a bit of TLC. We needed some intake and outflow vents installed when the intake rafter vents had been closed. We had multiple bids which were outrageous for what to us, was a small job, less than half a day of work. One even suggested we replace our roof. Streamline Roofing’s bid was very reasonable and they fit us in around their other scheduled jobs. During that time, we identified some add-on work to repair some poorly installed flashing and incorrectly installed plumbing pipe. On the day of John C. called us to notify us of their impending arrival, and then during set-up agreed to the handle the additional work without hesitation, including a minor adjustment to the original vent location plan due to our attic space. The next three days after the installation, were all 95+ degree days, and with the new roof ventilation we didn’t even have to turn on the AC. The work with worth every penny spent and if we have additional roofing needs or someone needs a roofer we would highly recommend Streamline Roofing without hesitation.

Comment: Darryl & his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very polite, professional & the price was unbeatable. We had made the appointment a few weeks in advance & by crazy coincidence the date was the same day we were going to be hit with Tropical Storm Hillary. I called & asked it we would need to reschedule & Darryl assured me that I had nothing to fear, they would make sure my roof was leak free BEFORE the storm arrived. They came early Saturday morning with their crew & worked tirelessly (taking only one short break to eat lunch) & had the entire job completed & cleaned up by 4pm. They even went the extra mile by trimming the fronds from the nearby palm tree when I expressed concerns about it scrapping the beautiful new roof. It was such a huge relief for me to not have to stress about the storm coming into my kitchen that night. Highly recommend :)

Comment: StreamLine Roofing did an awesome job re-roofing my 1,200 square foot vacation cabin in Descanso to prepare it for Solar. They had to remove 3 old layers and do quite a bit of wood repair and they did an outstanding job. They have very fair pricing and Darryl explained everything up front. Due to the house being built in 1934 he didnt want there to be any big surprises at the end of the job. He did a fantastic job communications through the entire project. We will also be using Streamline Roofing on our main home in Santee next month.

Comment: We had been referred to Streamline Roofing from a mutual friend. We contacted Darryl, he came out and looked at our needs for a new roof. They were prompt and attentive to cleaning up after themselves, very effecient. The weather was very warm, (we kept a cooler full of water and sodas for them) they kept on working till the job was completed. Would refer them to all.

Comment: I began paying attention to roofs being installed in my neighborhood over the last year on my daily walks. Streamline Roofing caught my attention due to the efficiency of the crews performing the work and the end result of the job. Darryl from Streamline responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I was impressed by the preparation prior to coming over to look at the roof, the discussions I had with him, and the quality of the proposal I received. The demo crew brought in put in extra hours to get their work done in a day including clean-up. The Streamline crew that started the following day did an excellent job removing and replacing the fascia boards, doing minor wood repairs on the roof decking where needed, installing the architectural composite roof shingle system including several unobtrusive low-profile vents on the back side of the house, as well as installing a higher quality torchdown system on my patio cover compared to what was previously installed. Highly recommended!

With tenants living on the property, Streamline Roofing crew, were careful to create as little disturbances for the tenants while changing the roof completely. I recommend them to anyone out there.

Comment: I needed a new roof desperately after the last big rain. I called Streamline Roofing (recommended by my grandson) and Darryl came out right away to check the roof and give me an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and straight forward and honest about what I needed. On the first day and thereafter, the crew showed up early and ready to work. Like Darryl, the crew was very professional, answered any questions I asked, and worked hard the entire time on the job. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company. In fact my pool man, neighbors and strangers tell me how nice my roof looks. Thank you Darryl and Streamline Roofing for a great job!!

Comment: After the recent storms that have been soaking California, we noticed that we had several leaks in our roof. We looked at a few companies and Darryls bid was the most reasonable. On top of the fair price, he was able to help us get a great deal on the removal and re-installation of our solar panels (at a fraction of the cost of other companies we contacted). Not only that, but he was incredibly thorough, he came by several times to check on the work and ensured that his team produced high quality work. The roof repairs were done quickly which was much appreciated because another storm came through as soon as they were finished. I have already recommended Streamline to several friends and family. You will be well taken care of with Darryls team!

Comment: I needed to get a new shingle roof for my solar project. It was an unexpected cost to my solar plan but Darrell worked with my tight budget. I had many bids before deciding on his. He seems to be honest and knows roofing. His team was clean and courteous. Showed up on time and the bid was the bid. No hidden costs or fees. I did have termite damage to my old roof boards. He provided pictures and everything was above board for those extra costs. He even fixed up my bathroom roof vent. I’d use Streamline again. Give them a shot.

Comment: Darryl Smith and his team at StreamLine Roofing Services recently replaced my roof. In addition, I had to have solar panels removed and replaced, which I was very concerned about. In addition to providing an excellent new roof, Darryl answered all of my questions, kept me informed about when, where & how everything would be handled, plus he followed through to be sure I was satisfied. I recommended him to my neighbors and saw the same excellent service and outcome provided to them! I have dealt with roofers before and have not always had a positive outcome, so this experience was amazing by comparison. I recommend StreamLine Roofing with my highest marks!! Excellent!!
