Comment: I contracted with Straight-Line roofing to remove and replace the exterior wood siding on my home. Straight-Line completed the project in one week. Their crew kept me informed on arrival times and the process the entire duration of the work. They were very patient with my questions and went the extra mile to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted. They worked with me to make modifications to the end product that I hadn’t even considered. The Staright-Line crew of Omar, Tommy, Jack and Isaiah worked diligently to complete the work. They were polite, they cleaned up all the mess they made and went over the entire final product with me at the end of the project. I was more than pleased when the project was complete. I will most certainly use Straight-Line for my next phase of siding replacement in the future and hopefully with the same crew! I would certainly recommend StraightLine for any siding removal and replacement project you may consider.

We had a storm damage our roof and they tarped everything prior to scheduling (twice because of windy conditions) and were always contacting me to let me know where we were in the process. The owner, Jack, personally texted me to check in and keep me up to date on our status. We ended up going through insurance and he helped us navigate the quagmire of the insurance world.When it came to having our roof installed the crews were always punctual, professional, and mindful of our property. We have 2 senior dogs and they, unlike most contractors weve dealt with, always made sure to close the gates to the back yard and tell us when they were leaving for any reason.When we had the inspector for the city come out, even he gave a glowing review of their work. He proclaimed that the roof could be warrantied for 50 years and it was an amazing install. Weve dealt with this inspector before and he will definitely tell it like it is so that was high praise.I highly recommend Straight Line if you have a challenging project (or a regular project!) and want someone that will communicate through the project. We cant say enough nice things about the folks at Straight Line and want to send a big thank you to Jack and the rest of the team.

Comment: This is one of those businesses Ive really come to trust. I replaced my gutters about a year and half ago. They gave me the best quote with the least upsell, and did a great job with installation. I just had them out to look at my roof, and really appreciated how helpful they were. The only issues they found were too small to justify their minimum service fee, but they still took the time to answer my questions and explain the small repairs that did need to happen. Im definitely keeping them in mind for future home projects!

He set us up to start an insurance claim and has worked with us the whole way. When the field inspector came out, Jack was right there to explain the damage and help document it. I asked, and they took the time to explain the cost breakdown and helped us determine if it was a good fit for us.The teams were on time, courteous, and worked very hard. Comment: A large tree fell on our roof during the heavy January storms. We called Straight line For a quote. Jack the owner came out and did a thorough inspection including going up into the attic and found some truss damage(something the insurance companies perfered Contractor didnt bother to do). Do to the fact that Straightline not being on the Preferred list there was a lot of hoops to jump through. Jack worked personaly with us throughout the whole process. Ok enough about Jack. When it came time for the installation, I received a text from Stephen the scheduler with a picture of Miguel introducing him as the lead of his crew and conformation of the start date. Miguel and his crew were very professional and did a great job with the roof replacement. Next it was time for the gutters to be installed. Again I received a text with a picture of Taylor. Taylor and her crew also very professional did a beautiful job. The roof is now completed and it looks great. Everyone from the office staff to the owner were very helpful throughout the process I would not hesitate to recommend Straightline to anyone. Comment: Jack was extremely helpful with informing me that my roof should be covered by an insurance claim by wind damage. I had multiple roofing contractors come out and give me a really high estimate and low estimate but they didnt tell me that my roof had wind damage! Im really greatful that my neighbor referred me to them. If you lost any shingles during these storm I would highly recommend calling Striaght Line Roofing.

Comment: The Jan 8 wind storm and all the accompanying ones after did a lot of damage to my roof. I put off calling a contractor mainly due to fear of price. I finally did some research, and the one with the best reviews was Straight Line Roofing. I made an appointment and was happy from the start. One of the owners, Jack, walked me through the process. Best of all, he told me my house insurance would most likely cover it. It didnt even dawn on me to look at my home insurance. He walked me through the insurance claim process and let me know what to expect, which was a huge help. Jack really took a huge weight off my shoulders. I feel very comfortable putting myself in this companys hands. Another thing I liked was that this is a third generation family owned/runned business.

Comment: Straight Line installed a new roof in the Summer of 2021. It has held up well during recent heavy rains. However, we had an interior leak in the ceiling, so I called Straight Line to come out and inspect. They sent Kyle Case, who climbed up on the roof and examined the area around the leak. Kyle was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, and explained the results of his examination clearly. Kyle took photos and referred to them in our conversation as to what the problem was. He made an educated guess that our leak may be due to an antiquated sky light. As a result, I will look into sky light replacement.As an added bonus, I asked Kyles opinion about a gutter issue I was having. Kyle volunteered to examine the area around the gutter to determine the problem. He did some minor repairs that resolved the gutter problem, too! He was friendly and helpful in all aspects of his visit. As a result of Kyles visit, I continue to maintain confidence in Straight Lines professionalism and long-time commitment to quality construction. I am VERY pleased with Kyle and with Straight Line!

Comment: The estimator for Straightline Roofing came out to determine a leak appearing in the roof of a closet in our house. There was no obvious problem with the roof but the repairmen came out later and determined the leak was coming from a leaky pipe in the attic instead of the roof. We were happy they found the proper diagnosis and did not do unneeded roof repair. They blew the leaves off the roof and gutter and waived the rest of the invoice price. I was happy with the result.

He in fact gave me referrals to other professionals who could help me remediate the problem. Comment: Called Straight Line about a leak around my chimney and they came out the next day to help. Jack inspected it in the pouring rain, and then went above and beyond to help us wrap the chimney in plastic to prevent leakage until repairs could be done.Straight Line is hands-down the best choice for roofing or gutters, and Jack made our weekend by going out of his way to make sure we were good during this storm!The experience we had today made us customers for life!

Comment: I had straight line install a new roof. The estimator/owner Jack, was in constant contact and was very open to feedback, questions, and request for improvements. There were unique features of the roof and the Straight Line people were very open to working out solutions. I thought they were all good. Tony in particular did a good job on installing a rather large cricket retrofit. I thought it all went well and can recommend this firm to anyone needing a roofer.
