Comment: About 2 years ago Straight Line came out to repair the siding and window trim at the front of the house. Their work was both professional and well done. When we decided the house needed painting we called Straight Line again to repair the water damage at the back of the house. Omar, Jack, and Tommy came out before the first rain and repaired the the siding and trim once again. I can recommend Straight Line with no reservations. He was very thorough and, even though I had only asked about certain areas around my house, he meticulously checked everything and was able to tell me where the true source of my home issues stemmed. His estimate was very detailed and he provided a file of photos to refer to when looking at the needed roof repairs.I, also, appreciated that once I had selected Straight Line for my repair project, Sean referred me to a financing company that Straight Line works with. I was able to finance at a reasonable rate. Very helpful.During the repairs, Alfonso and crew were awesome, going above and beyond. Their project team contacted us and schedule our project about a month later. We were introduced to the crew right before they started the project and things got going. A tree branch pierced our roof and after trying several other companies, Straight Line came to our rescue by showing up in short order and patching the roof. Based on their professional work and outstanding customer service, we hired them to come back and make a permanent repair to that portion of the roof and fix several other problems we had discovered.Brian and his team showed up when they said they would, fixed our issues in a very timely manner and the roof was repaired in an impeccable manner.During the repair, additional damage not related to the storm damage was found. Phil, our project guy wrote a Change Order in an expeditious manner, and Brian and Daniel showed up on time and completed the repairs in a very professional manner.Straight line Roofing may not be the cheapest, but they are the best! It took 3 months for the to complete the work due to a lack of response from the original contractor, however, when the response was received, it took less than a day for Straight Line to complete the project. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely when they were finished.

It took quite a while to get on the schedule but we were kept informed of what to expect and they contacted on every date they said they would. We had a storm damage our roof and they tarped everything prior to scheduling (twice because of windy conditions) and were always contacting me to let me know where we were in the process. The owner, Jack, personally texted me to check in and keep me up to date on our status. We ended up going through insurance and he helped us navigate the quagmire of the insurance world.When it came to having our roof installed the crews were always punctual, professional, and mindful of our property. We have 2 senior dogs and they, unlike most contractors weve dealt with, always made sure to close the gates to the back yard and tell us when they were leaving for any reason.When we had the inspector for the city come out, even he gave a glowing review of their work. He proclaimed that the roof could be warrantied for 50 years and it was an amazing install. Weve dealt with this inspector before and he will definitely tell it like it is so that was high praise.I highly recommend Straight Line if you have a challenging project (or a regular project!) and want someone that will communicate through the project. We cant say enough nice things about the folks at Straight Line and want to send a big thank you to Jack and the rest of the team.

Comment: This was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had with people who have worked on our house + best customer service bar none !Spring 2023 we had 5 shingles come off the roof. No handymen or roofer would agree to glue them back on, but replacing the whole roof costs a pretty hefty sum ! When vetting roofing companies the receptionist at Straight Line told us to talk to our the insurance company before going any further. My initial response was: We only lost a few shingles! It turned out that the insurance company did offer us $1000 towards having the 5 shingles put back on, (but if we chose to replace the roof we were on our own). Reluctantly we resigned ourselves to reroofing. After comparing companies, we chose Straight Line .Once we got all the new roof details ironed out, Jack, the Straight Line representative, advised us to hold off until we went back to our insurance company & closely scrutinized our policy. That resulted in the insurance company sending an investigator to verify the brand/manufacturer of our shingles. Straight Line then sent out a person to remove a shingle for us to send to a Shingle inspector in Texas. Turned out that our Corning brand shingles were discontinued ! The whole insurance inquiry took over 2 months but in the end, they paid for the whole roof + the additional 7 vents we had chosen (to improve energy efficiency) .We also have a life time transferable warranty that is not pro-rated ! Additionally, while re-roofing, they were kind enough to remove & take away an old satellite dish AND replace a small rotted area of the roof a no extra charge. The roofers were polite and conscientious; They cleaned up after themselves, every day before they left. We really appreciate all the advice and considerate communication. Such stellar customer service is very rare.

Comment: To whomever is reading this and considering using straight line roofing or another company I would tell you to look no further and just give them a call. The first face I met was Matt and he was so polite and professional he also knows what he is doing he got me a quote with in 30 minutes or so. He advised that I called my insurance because of the wind damage that I had from the previous storms we had here in Northern California and it ended up being my final deciding factor in using strait line roofing and I’m so happy I did! After calling the insurance they advised me to get more quotes so I did. I got 3 more quotes making it 4 total and everyone was basically the same price however even after meeting with all the other companies none of them were as fast and professional as Matt. I ended up paying for the platinum warranty which was an extra 2000$ but it covers 50 years through the manufacturer which is something none of the other companies mentioned that they had. They also advised against me calling my insurance because my roof was “too old already” and they would not cover anything. Matt was the only one who has apparently been working with other customers getting them to take full advantage of all your resources at hand. Buying a new roof is not the cheapest nor the most exciting process however it’s important to have a professional team that will communicate with you through the process and that’s exactly what you get with straight line roofing. Also Matt helped me with the insurance adjuster and afterwards getting me all the necessary paperwork that I asked for even after I already paid the company and he could have just left me high and dry. Through the whole process of the actual construction was Tyson who kept me updated on schedules and the work and he even met me after I got off work even thought that I’m sure he wanted to be home he was just so helpful. He walked me on the explaining to me what happened that day and what’s would happen the next day or two he walked me on the roof after they thought they were done but he found some places that he wanted the team to come back and fix before I paid the company. All in all for the same prices as all the other companies you will have a great experience with straight line roofing.

Comment: I called Straightline Construction for information about gutters that were installed 6 years ago along with a new, energy efficient roof. One of my gutters appeared to be blocked and there was a large back-up in flow in draining. Ariel, who scheduled the appointment had Kyle come out and check everything over. He cleaned the gutters which actually had minimal blockage from pine needles and dust/particle debris. The cleaning he did will keep them clean for this season. He explained that the gutter covers keep out oak leaves and acorns, things like pine needles and small debris can get through. He recommended that before the fall/winter rainy season to use a leaf blower to cleanup the gutters and that would keep them free for a season.He also inspected the roof and said everything looked great. It was such a relief!Ariel and Kyle were wonderful to work with and so professional. I want to thank them both! Bravo!Its also nice to know that Straightline Construction does such excellent work and supports the work theyve done. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

We replaced all 3 skylights (one had a large crack in it) and also had them replace numerous cracked/broken roof tiles. Our Project Manager, Phil, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The crew showed up on time and did a beautiful job on the skylights. They even painted the metal flashing to blend in with the roof color. Getting Roof estimates is like getting an estimate from a Body Shop to repair a vehicle. Once they pull off the existing roof is when circumstances are subject to change as was our case. Comment: I had two roof leaks, so I called several businesses in the area to get quotes for repair. The first one to come out was professional, had some ideas to help me, but ultimately did not want to bid on the job. Then Jack from Straight Line came out- this guy is a real roofing expert! Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jack took a detailed look at my issues, he even climbed up on the roof and did some patching for me while he was out. Absolutely fantastic customer service, I would not hesitate to work with Straight Line if you’ve got any roofing issues. For my job, you couldn’t beat their prices either. Second time I used Straight Line, so obviously I used them twice and would use them a 3rd time as a preferred contractor if needed again. Likely my most recent recent roof issue was the result of painters breaking tiles… but the house had to be painted and roof access was needed.

Comment: I called on a Thursday about a persistent leak, knowing there was a storm coming on Monday. Our first surprise was that someone could be here Saturday. I thought to myself “this is going to be expensive” as they answered the phone, and they’re coming out quickly, on a Saturday no less.Jack, the owner, called 20 minutes past his scheduled arrival. He apologized and said he was a half hour away. He inspected and found some possible issues. Comment: We had a minor leak near our stove pipe during a storm last winter. With rainy weather approaching again, we called Straight Line Construction. They set an appointment for this morning.Shaun came out and went up on our roof to see what may have caused the leak. The stove pipe is enclosed in a column about 3 feet square and 5 feet high made of cedar siding. He saw no damage but there was some cracking between the siding and the trim on the corners and top of the column.Shaun caulked the cracks as well as a nail he saw protruding. He did it free of charge even though we live in a remote area about an hour drive from Straight Line Construction.We are very appreciative, but not surprised. Project manager Shaun was patient and did his best to see all my concerns were answered. So give me a few minutes to let everyone know to explain why they are the best.Straight Line Construction came in with the best price after getting quotes from 3 other respected roofers in the area. Not only were they quick to respond, but answered any questions as well. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, we received photos of the individual whom was working with up to date start times and they were super efficient and all polite as well.During the the material unloading, the forklift put a decent hole in the driveway. Not only were they extremely responsive in getting it fixed, they patched it and asked us each day if they could do anything better for us.Also, they ran out of materials come Friday afternoon and before a big Storm here in May, they sealed up everything professionally before they left, checked in with us over the weekend and came out after the rain cleared to finish everything up.They cleaned up after each work day to find only a few screws and nails, which is normal, given the 4k sq ft size of the roof, and picked up everything along the way.Thank you Ondrej, the foreman on the job who informed us along each step of the way. Heck there crew finished a 4k sq ft roof in a little over 2 days including tear off as well as reach out to us on their day off during a few inches of rain. Seth and Taylor worked great on the gutters and Stephen and Monique in the office always were nice to chat with as well!If youre ever in need of roof repair or other projects, we will refer anyone to Straight Line. They did notice some rusting on our roof flashing, and suspected there would be additional work after they got into it. Comment: These people are amazing! We received a call last week. In return for allowing a sign to be placed on our property, Straight Line offered us a free Roof Maintenance/Inspection visit. Straight Line installed our roof about 18 months ago, so we thought it was a great idea. Today, Brandon, Tim and Tearsa showed up right on time. We hadnt had time to take all of our Christmas lights off the roof due to recent weather.NO PROBLEM, said Tearsa. They took off all of our remaining lights, did a complete safety/structure and cleaning job on the roof, hosed down all the mud-collection spots in the roof valleys, and thoroughly swept and air-blew our decks and the surrounding area.People have told us Straight Line is good; but expensive. Comment: We had Straight Line remove 2 layers of old roof, repair some damage, then re-roof our house, garage and breezeway. Their price was very competitive, what sets them apart from others is their comprehensive inspection, bid and review process. They took 2 1/2 hours to inspect review options and explain the process. Others spent 20 minutes looking at the roof, then emailed a bid a week later with no explanation of what would be done. Their work was on time, on budget. They cleaned up everyday and we are very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them for any home repairs . They have a great reputation in the community and now I see why.

Comment: I am very happy I chose Straight Line Construction to replace my roof. The President, Jack, was very patient when answering all my questions and gave me plenty of options. The Foreman, Noe, and the guys did a great job, very friendly. The project was completed within two days. I will be choosing Straight Line for all my future projects.Its been almost 2 months since they did the roof on my house. Still looks great. I just had Straight Line come back and do the roof on my garage.They did a wonderful job. They were quick, precise, and neat. Plan on doing business with them again.

Comment: Hi Everyone,I just wanted to share my review of Straight Line Roofing and Construction. I was a recent first time homebuyer. I called multiple roofing companies to give me a quote on a complete tear off and replacement of the existing roof (I had 2 layers of roofs on the house). I was having really bad luck with roofing companies not explaining the estimates or not even responding to my inquiry for a quote. I went online to Straight Lines website and requested more information and a phone call.A lady from the office called to schedule an appointment for the owner, Jack, to come out to the house. Honestly, this was a little surprising for me since the other companies came out when I wasnt home and just sent an estimate through email. Jack came out with one of his workers, Eric, they were both extremely friendly and honest. While Eric took measurements of the roof and gutters (since those needed replacement too), Jack talked to us about the different options in roofing materials. He had samples and brochures to help us envision what he was discussing. Jack was able to give us estimates on the different roofing and we chose, there was no pressure. When we chose the materials, colors, and features we wanted, Eric went to the truck and began the estimate while Jack continued to talk to us about the different between Straight Line and other companies (Never talking bad, just stating the differences).Jack was able to keep the quote comparable to the others while offering better products and services. We accepted the quote that night and placed the sign in our yard.Within a week the installation was scheduled. It took Straight Line a day to tear off 2 roofs and one other day to put the new roof on. Both crews were polite and respectful. There was not any debris left on at the house. The day they were done, the neighbors came over and mentioned how much nice the roof looks now.I am extremely grateful to have been able to work with Jack and the Straight Line family on this roof replacement. It is scary enough being a first time homeowner so it was nice to have someone to explain each step while a major repair was taking place.Anyone I have talked to already about Straight Line has had nothing but great reviews and so do I. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.Jack even called me the day after to see if I had any follow up questions, comments, or concerns. I worked in customer service/retail for 10+ years and did not think I could ever be surprised about the quality of a business work again but Straight Line proved me wrong. They completely exceeded all of my expectations.

Comment: We are very happy with the work that Straight Line Construction did on our house. They promptly and conveniently made the appointment to come out and discuss the work we wanted. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful to evaluate our needs. The quote was a little more than we anticipated but we were assured of our complete satisfaction with every detail. The work was expertly, politely and quickly performed but when small details were overlooked they promptly returned to make sure it was corrected to our complete satisfaction exactly as promised. The house looks beautiful and we feel confident it will last for many years to enjoy. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend or call on Straight Line again for any home improvement project.
