Comment: Purposely waited for the whole procedure to be complete. The sales department conducted themselves professionally and still remained personable. No pressure and very informative while also respecting the other company’s out there.Because of the new net metering stuff the wait was a bit before installation. Having said that, the communication on updates and what was next was outstanding.Installation was just as professional and personable as sales. Polite and definitely knew what they were doing. Took a day for install and when they were gone place was clean. The rest just flowed like water. Just had the walk through and that was informative, professional and very pleasant. If your going Solar, I recommend these folks hands down. Thank you Tyler and the all the people involved to Maria’s part. I was a hard sell on this but happy I did it.

Comment: The installation and getting everything setup to get the solar panels installed went very very well. Even the first cleaning went well, but the last one this year whoever the guys were did a terrible job and were very sloppy. They missed the four panels facing the front of our house. They were still dirty. They knocked off a clamp that holds down the solar panels but did not put it back on. They also left the hose off of my spigot and did not put it back when they were done. Whoever is cleaning the panels needs a good talking to to get them to do the job tight and actually clean all of the panels. After this review they made everything right and came out to clean the panels again plus gave us a free cleaning. Solar negotiators is a good business. I know they cannot control everything people do or don’t do. Glad they made it up!

This has not been the case with solar negotiators! From the beginning, we were never pressured into making a snap decision. Pricing upfront was totally presented with no hidden or sneaky fee that could not be explained. Our sales rep, Ken, was very patient with our questions and also followed up with us during the whole process. The timeframe of the installation happened just as it was explained to us. We had a total understanding of our loan process and never had any feeling of deceptive practices. After our system was up and running this company still kept in contact with us. We highly recommend solar negotiators for your solar needs. Take it from somebody who was a skeptic. I am really glad that we went with this company!

Comment: The long journey of debating to go solar finally was put to rest. 2 years of many inquiries and estimates with all of them trying to make a sale and push to get my business is now over. In the middle of summer of 2022 I reached out to solar negotiators via website, with in a few days I received a call from David, He went over my concerns and explained in details the pros and cons of every available option at no point did he make me feel he was pushing me to buy anything and at the same time he made it more of a friendly conversation rather than a sales pitch. He took all my information and had a estimate to what I wanted with some suggestions from him I was amazed by the lifetime warranty and maintenance my investment would come with. The more I investigated the more I realized he was very knowledgeable and was actually setting me up for success with my electrical bill rather than disappointment. I also inquired about having my electrical panel replaced due to it being old in what he gave me a price on that as well. The decision was made I was going solar. My final install was done in December and had me up and running. David and his crew made it happen. Their price beat everybody by 5-10k so that was helpful. But I liked that they did the whole project in house, monitor the panels and even clean the panels once a year.After signing up they continued to be excellent. I had an add on to my house and was adamant about getting the shut off switch installed prior to my siding going on. They meet my deadline and even swapped my new 200amp electrical panel for a solar ready panel without a labor charge. It was a pretty easy swap because it wasnt live yet and it lacked multiple breakers, but doing it without a labor charge to save all of us from a headaches was awesome.My 42 ground mount solar system got installed shortly thereafter. The installers didnt leave trash, were very professional and got the job done right and quicklyThe app is straight to the point. Their know true up website is a great tool as well. I was even notified of a small problem with one of the inverters during my closeout meeting. When it was installed they did a thorough job of reviewing the system with me and how to monitor it. However the best part was when they came over to discuss what kind of a system we needed and how big. The only sold is on what we could afford with no pressure to upgrade. Comment: I have and would still recommend Solar Negotiators. We have been extremely happy with the whole process of the paperwork and install experience. Daniel was great kept us aware of all what was going on with regular weekly calls. Also followed up months later to let us know our production was as expected and to see if we had any questions. We are so happy with our solar it is doing a fabulous job. We have had it for over a year now and love it and only had a small true up with SCE. One minor thing our friends that referred us should have received a gift for referring us and after following up with them months later they had yet to receive it. My second and last thing is with our Solar Edge monitoring system had stopped monitoring when we called to see what to do. The person on the phone seemed aware of the issue but it took a call from us to get someone out to fix it. But Cameron came out and was very efficient and had it repaired fast. So all is working again.

Original installation was efficiently done on time as promised and I have had great success with my system. Everyone I have worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. Comment: Solar negotiators is a top tier company. They seriously explain everything that will happen and help you every step of the way. I had Jackie as my point of contact and she always answered my texts promptly even if it was 7pm. They even helped In facilitating communication with the loan lender. We went with a different company with our old house and it was nothing like this. We had to do all the research ourself and really had no idea what a true up was. This company gave us a lifetime warranty (for as long as we live in the house), annual panel cleanings, and easy monitoring. After everything was installed we had our close out meeting where they explained how to monitor, what to look at, and what it all means. The contractors did make an error with the installation, but everything was fixed as soon as possible with zero questions. They really are the best company.

They had the best price, the customer service was amazing, and we love that they took the time to educate us about our homes energy efficiency prior to deciding how many panels we needed. Comment: Great communication and good pricing. I had been getting quotes from various solar companies, including Tesla Solar (formerly Solar City). I was about to sign with Tesla when my brother recommended Solar Negotiators. Their quote was thousands less, they used higher quality panels, and had a much better warranty. The decision to go with them was easy. They came out yesterday and I am very pleased. The quality of the work is impeccable. The team that showed up were all super nice and got the job done in less than a day. The panels were very high end and the inverter had just been released. All new tech. Any questions I had were immediately taken care of. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie is super dedicated and responsive.
