Comment: Just some back information, we were planning on going solar awhile back and started the process with another Solar company but were very disappointed and cancelled their service. I was talking to my sister who went solar the year before and she recommended her company to me. So, when the appointment time came, we met with our sales consultant Sherry Farrell from Solar 360. She was so straight forward and informative and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. We were paying cash for our solar system, and we were amazed how affordable it turns out to be. My wife and I would recommend Sherry and Solar 360 to all of our friend and family anytime. We know that she will take good care of them and so will the Solar 360 install crew. Comment: I received estimates from 5 different company before I settled on going with solar360. They weren’t the cheapest but middle of range. I also needed my roofing done as it was about time. For the fact that they also do roofing and not have to coordinate with another roofing co made my decision easier. Brand and model of solar equipment and battery they use were also what I was shopping for.Whole process was actually done earlier than originally expected as they had some schedule open up. Roofing crew, solar, electricians were all polite and nice fellas. From sales rep, project manager….all were great.

Comment: Our solar journey was a roller coaster. We signed on with a company that eventually went out of business just as we were to begin our installation. Our sales representative, Sherry Farrell, was as devastated as we were. As we began the process again, we found that Sherry had moved on herself to another company. So we began again with Solar 360 and Sherry. Sherry and Solar 360 got us through the process as quickly as possible. Sherry’s integrity is beyond reproach and service level is superior. Our system is up and running and we are delighted. We would very much recommend Sherry Farrell and Solar 360 for your solar needs.

Comment: I recently had a great experience with Solar-360. With the looming expiration of NetMetering 2.0 in mid-April, I urgently sought a solar system installation and turned to Solar360. From my initial contact with Charlie in Sales to Jessica in Project Management, and all the way through to the installers, electrician, and inspector, every member of the Solar-360 team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The project execution was seamless. I greatly appreciated their timely updates and willingness to address any concerns I had promptly.I want to extend a special thank you to the installers for going the extra mile by assisting me in relocating the damaged tiles on my roof, despite the issue not being related to their work.Since the installation, Ive noticed a noticeable reduction in my energy costs. (and I know a sales pitch as I am in sales). Install team showed up right on time were very professional, clean and kept in touch with us regarding when EDISON would be connecting us to the grid. Comment: Great experience. Shopped around with several local companies such as solar city. Decided best option for me was purchasing rather than leasing. Some companies built plans online and over t phone, but Dominique Rivas actually came out my home to build a proposal and compare with the other ones.Dominique was personal and punctual. He was able to tell me advantages of each panel and inverter. He was able to get me a competitive price as well.It took about 5 weeks to get all the permits through, which was expected. The crew came out around 6-7 weeks. They worked very quickly and installed within one morning. They were great.About week 8, the panels were online.Great company. Minimal hiccups.My setup: 25 panels, emphasis micro-inverters. Using to supplement two electric cars. Occasionally use A/C.

We just pass final inspection today and I must say from the time of the first phone call to inquire about their service, the initial consultation with Dominique Rivas and the progress report from Courtney - the entire experience/process was pain free and flawless. During actual installation, the workers were on time, they were courteous and clean after themselves. Dominque and Courtney are accessible for every question or concern we have. We just had 1 hiccup with the city inspector not recovering the reschedule request but Dominique and Courtney rectified the situation immediately and communicated with me right away. I’ve heard so many horror stories about solar companies but I guess Solar 360 is the unicorn of the industry. Thank you so much guys.”

Dominique was referred to me by a neighbor and he was the most informed and honest Solar salesperson that I came across. Comment: I called Solar 360 when I made the decision to install solar/batteries/car charger. They called back within hours, 2 days later Dominique Rivas came by and started by first trying to understand what I wanted. He then, with great professionalism and knowledge, advised me of things to be done and was upfront about additional cost possible due to needed electrical upgrades. 2 days later I had a quote in my hand that was pretty much in the middle of published LA $/W. I didnt even get another quote with Dominique having given me all the confidence I needed. If a guy like that works in a company the company has to be good. Long story short, all went well, they were upfront about everything, tried to save me money, dealt with the usual hick-ups professionally and I am satisfied running the whole thing for 1.5 months now. All of the people involved in my project were great, diligent and very professional - Courtney Ford, Jerad Flickner, Eli,Scott,..........Ok it is Jan 24, 2020 and the system is running just fine. I am writing an update because Solar360 has shown that not only are they a great installer, no, they keep on showing dedication and commitment to their customers (at least in my case) long after the installation. There is usually little things that need ironing out and Jerad Flickner is totally committed to get it all right and so are the Solar360 technicians if needed.

Comment: We shopped around for solar installation companies for a little while. The team at Solar 360 quickly responded to our request for a quote, unlike some of the other companies. David Willis came to our home and did a great job of explaining the different options and the pros and cons with each. My wife and I signed up that day!The best part was the installation. Their team showed up on time and finished the job the same day. I was doubtful that it could be done but I was wrong. They also paid attention to a lot of small details like matching the paint to hide tubing on the side of our house. Plus, the clean up was amazing. It was as though they weren’t even here!The slowest part for us was getting approval from the HOA but the team at Solar360 did a great job keeping us in the loop and pushing the process forward.In a time when service seems to be fading the team at Solar360 did an outstanding job of under promising and over delivering! I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking at having solar installed.

Comment: I found Solar 360 after spending a ton of time looking at competitors on Google and Yelp and getting some quotes. David Willis took the time to really listen to our needs and came up with a solar plan that worked for our very specific application and needs. We wanted to be able to provide power for our Tesla and also wanted to add a heat pump for our pool, as well as have extra capacity for adding an AC unit. Though we live close to the beach, it seems to get hotter every year, so no doubt well need one in the years to come.David is a straight shooter and really knows his products. During implementation we had a lot of interactions with Steve Kelly, who really paid attention to detail.Although Im a bit gunshy of contractors of any kind, they paid attention to every single detail until the job was done. My wife and I are very happy with the solar production, the aesthetic of the LG solar panels we chose and love that we can monitor the energy production from our iPhones. Great company to work with in every phase from sales, to installation to post sales.

Comment: So we were always iffy on solar because the price we almost leased at one point so glad we didn’t. We had spoke with Tesla, sun-run, and solar max. Then my friend told me about solar 360 so glad we went with them. David Willis is top notch. He is as honest as they come always answers questions even late at night. Gave us a killer deal on a purchase as well not a lease. Some great looking lg panels nice and sleek. Courtney is on top of everything had her as our project manager. And Jerad took care of our app and finance stuff got a killer rate too. The guys that install are super quick way less than quoted time. And Eli their electrician is super friendly and showed us how the stuff worked. Would I recommend them definitely. Glad I waited don’t think I would have gotten such a great deal anywhere else.
