Even when we needed to adjust, we came to quick resolutions.In transparency, the product is a bit pricey but for good reason. Lifetime warranty on the paint with meticulous laborers and great attention to detail. Even the Sales Guy was CLEARLY experienced and nailed the whole job/estimate on the first visit.

We hated our old aluminum windows. They are lousy and would be unbearable during the summer. My house would get really hot. Devin is the sales representative that came over to my house. He was top notch and answered all my questions. Eeron project manager and his installation crew were top class. We had 18 windows replaced and 1 slider. The roofers & suppliers were delivered on time. The job was completed in three days. Just one hiccup, workersaccidently touched our air-conditioning& we didnt have air for half a day & all night. Alex did a great job repairing previous water damage to my roof and even protecting the roof from rain when a storm interrupted the project. Cleanup could have been a little more diligent. All in all Im very pleased and would definitely recommend Select Home Improvements to family and friends

Comment: We cant say enough about this company and our windows!!! First of all our windows look amazing! But the looks arent even the half of it! They sound amazing!! I know that sounds weird but its true! You dont hear them when you open and close them. The neighbors cant hear the dogs tail hitting them when we come home. The neighbors cant hear us going in and out. And most of all, we cant hear the soccer games and the baseball games going on at the park next door - and heres the best one....we cant hear the freeway noise on the other side! All these years we thought we lived in a pretty quiet neighborhood, it is amazing how much sound we really do have here but these windows completely knock it all out. They are truly amazing!!The team that provided us with these amazing sliders and windows is awesome too! They are all very professional and knowledgeable. Every last person we talked too. From the guy who was walking the neighborhood that came by and asked if we would be interested in talking to someone about getting windows, to Tony who came over after we got out of work and did the initial pitch and brought samples, to Mark who did the measurements and inspection, to Aldo, Alberto and Freddy who did all the work of installing it in under 4 hours!!!! Oh and i cant forget the team that we talked to on the phone, the schedulers, the ordering team and the processors. Not once did we run into any uncertainty or odd little problems where we needed to question this companys standards or ethics.The only real problem we ran into was the threat of rain. And by the newscasters reports it was to be the biggest rain of the month, with torrential down pours, thunder, lightening and flooding. The crew still came over despite the rain in the morning and finished the job. The rain wasnt going to stop them. This crew was dedicated. They were clean workers too! After they were done, you couldnt tell we had any work done to our home. They even put our old blinds back up.We would most definitely refer this company to any of our friends and neighbors - 100%!!!!Thank you Select Home Improvements!

Comment: We had Select install a new furnace and air conditioner. Rich was very good with his presentation of the company and American Standard. Select is the first company I would recommend for work on your house. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite. The crews were great and worked efficiently. There was a rattle when the funace started but they came right out and tightened everything down. They told me to call if it starts again. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.

Comment: My house was just finished this past week and I can unequivocally say there was not a moment where the crew at Select Home wasnt terrific---very professional, accommodating and flexible. Best contracting company and crew i ever worked with. But even more important, the exterior of the house looks even better than I ever had imagined. Truly stunning---Id even go as far as to say it was completed as if it was a work of art. Yes it cost more than if I would have used a contract painter and regular paint but I can say I got what I paid for---and a 50 year warranty too! Ill never have to do this again. So if you want or need to paint the exterior of your house and you want the best job done look no further than this group. Taylor, Jessie and especially Jose and Ruben who did the actually painting are the best. Ask them to see pictures of my house! Thats all youll need to be convinced. My full wholehearted recommendation to anyone.

Comment: We were told that it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the full house painting process, with stucco repairs, moving and replacing things around the house, etc., but there were started and finished within a week. They moved planters, obstructions, etc. away from the house, dug a shallow trench around the footing, ran the paint below ground level, sealed stucco cracks -- the house looks like brand new! Ive been telling friends and co-workers about Select Home Improvements -- Ill never have to use them again, but I would if I needed to!

Comment: All the people I talked to were very friendly and answered all my questions. I had 8 windows put in. One was a garden window in my kitchen. Looking through the windows were like as if the windows were not even there because they are so clear. When I went to clean in my bathroom the other day I went to open the window and thought how hard it would be to open then I thought I have new windows. They opened so smoothly. They put trim around the windows so the windows have a clean look to them. I just love my windows. The outside of my house where the windows are have a nice white trim around them too. Makes the windows have a nice clean look on the outside too. I am very happy with my decision. Thank you Select Home Improvement Anaheim!!

Comment: I recently had my house coated with Supercoat cool wall by Select. I was impressed with the punctuality of the crews. The job was finished in the amount of time that was predicted. During the process of working I wanted to make a few changes and the foreman and project manager were very willing to work with me. They even removed old paint from a block wall that the old homeowner had done and I didnt like.

Comment: From the sales representative to the roofers to the office personal I was impressed with the way they handled themselves. The knowledge of the business of all the trades involved in the building and improvements for the home. The crew they sent out was the same crew to do the tear off to the roofing and everything in between. With the tear off, what a mess, they kept the debris to a minimum. After the installation of the roof the clean up was not as big as I was expecting and when they drove away, it looked as though they werent ever here. My experience with Select Home improvements was a 5 star.
