Comment: We did a kitchen and bathroom remodel with this company. The work was done well, the workers were very pleasant and helpful. We lived in the house during the remodel - wouldn’t recommend it but they made it as easy as possible. There were some hiccups and unanticipated problems (like a slab leak). Troy was most responsive when I called him with any issues, including coming out one night to replace a breaker that was arcing (even though they had not done work on that panel). The work they did looks great. Troy is very professional and very good at what he does. And he is willing to tackle just about any job

Comment: The best service in our experience, with first roof installation in 2003 and then repair recently in 2019 and 2021. This is a class A company, the staff is of the highest integrity and extremely accommodating. They changed the service date to accommodate a family emergency we had and were so kind to come back at a later date. Fast, professional, high quality, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will not consider anyone else for any of our other homes and for future repairs and highly recommend then without any hesitation to anyone needing any sort of roofing work!

Comment: We have used Schott to install our roof and then to do some repairs after construction workers walked on the roof and broke a few tiles. They do excellent work, for a great price. The original roof that they put on is about 20 years old, looks great, and has had no leaks.

Comment: I used Troys team at Schott Roofing to remodel a new home I bought. We wanted to remodel the home to a modern coastal feel. The home originally had a Mediterranean decor. The doors, trims, cabinets, and flooring were all a dark brown. The toilets, walls, and sconces were all an almond color. It was completely opposite of what we wanted.We were originally worried about the speed of getting everything done, but Troys team were able to complete it in 3 months. It was a full remodel with new flooring, paint, drywall, cabinets, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and floorplan changes.Troys team was able to quickly complete the work with their in house skillsets (paint, drywall, electrical). With any other company this work wouldve taken much longer due to them outsourcing all their work.Overall we were very satisfied to be able to move in as soon as we can, and the finished product matched the vision our designer had.

Comment: There was an issue with a skylight after 5 years. They came out fixed it at no charge and sent back my check when I tried to pay. Unbelievable. Especially since the iasue was caused by a dead insect!
