Comment: I hired Roofworks to replace my roof. He has a great deal of attn to details as I appreciate. Very much quality driven worker. He helped fix all issues that didnt go so well with my fascia and patio replacing during the process which was many. He also helped with the coordination of my new AC unit that was being installed simultaneously. Top notch guy. Thanks Jake!!!

Comment: I hired Jake, the owner of Roofworks, to install a new roof on my house. He exceeded my expectations. Jake has a vast amount of experience. He is professional and keeps the customer informed and up to date. When the old shingles were removed from my roof, it was discovered that my sub roof was only 3/8 plywood. Not very thick. Needless to say there was quite a bit of damaged wood, especially where the swamp cooler had been (which Jake removed as I have a new hvac system). He kept me appraised of all the plywood that needed to be replaced and the estimate was adjusted accordingly. Jake also did an excellent job of replacing the old 2x6 fascia along the front of my house. I was very impressed that he was able to get the multi-angled cuts to fit seamlessly. I was also impressed by his work ethic. The shingles we put on our roofs are asphalt based, which means they get soft in the sun, and a nail can go right through them, instead of correctly holding the shingle snug. To address that issue, Jake would begin the day on the side of the roof that was in the shade. He would then pause work when the sun was directly overhead and return later in the afternoon to work on the other part of the roof that was now in the shade. As homeowners we dont think about little nuances like that. But it shows Jakes commitment to doing the job properly. I know Ive gone on a bit here, but its very rare to find a general contractor who doesnt cut corners, and like I said earlier, exceeds your expectations. The roof over your head is one of the biggest investments well ever make. Thanks Jake!

Comment: Roof works is extremely good at what they do , on top of that ,There a straight forward company that’s honest, and has fair pricing , and they very easy to work withI can’t not say enough about how happy I am with there workIn my opinion there the only roofing company u should ever use

Comment: It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review for Jake at Roofworks. He came highly recommended by a family member of ours that had Jake do his roof. We knew his high standards and were confident that Jake would do an excellent job for us as well. Our expectations were not only meant but exceeded. Not only did he do an excellent job on the main part of our roof but the flat part of our patio roof as well. As a woman I even was impressed! Jake is not only reliable and meticulous he is a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have at our home. Comment: Jake did an excellent job re-roofing my guest house after a windstorm. He was able to give my property attention quickly, at a fair price, and his style of communication made me feel like I was in good hands well before the repairs began. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understood my options (even though some of the options would mean a lower rate for him... which is honesty I really admire from a contractor.) Absolutely recommend Jake and Roofworks.

Comment: As homeowners we are always on the lookout for tradesmen who can do a job right. I must say Jake, at Roofworks, is one of those men. He came to give me an estimate, and I could tell at once that he understood my problem and knew what needed to be done. He quoted me what I felt was a fair price, and told me when he could complete the work. He showed up when scheduled, and even though he was working in rather adverse conditions, completed the work in a timely fashion. I can say without reserve that I would recommend him for any roofing needs you may have.
