Our roof began leaking after several storms hit our town of Morgan Hill this past winter.The team was professional, efficient and exceeded my expectation. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.Our roof repair was complicated by needing to take the solar panels off of our roof where the damage was located. We had to wait over 5 months for the solar panel company to remove the panels. Christopher Duke and Fernando were so helpful and patient as we waited for the solar panels to be removed. The day after the solar panels were removed, Roofs by Reveille, adjusted their schedule to repair our roof the very next day.The repair was done in a timely manner. Any cracked tiles were replaced. Christopher Duke followed up and made sure after the solar panels were reinstalled that everything was okay.Amazing customer service. Chris and the team at Roofs by Reveille went above and beyond.

Comment: Great communication before and after service. Work was scheduled quickly and done super efficiently, cleanly, and safely. I could see that a portion of the roof was weather damaged and badly affected by an overhanging tree. They determined from the initial overall inspection that this1945 dwelling had been re-roofed multiple times. Though it was solid and safe presently, the damaged portion was the focus for now. Service was quickly scheduled, work was excellent. Repairs were obviously needed on supporting beams due to dry rot. All was done efficiently; vents had not been sealed properly, and they protected the vents with new seals. Topnotch service! In addition to cleaning the gutters, they put in a great leaf filter! I will have the rest of the roof replaced as soon as possible by Roofs by Reveille.

Permits were pulled immediately, tear-off complete in one day, and in one week we were done with a beautiful new roof. Comment: Pablo is a life-saver! During the rainy season all roofers were super busy and it was very difficult to get my leaking roof inspected or repaired. Roofs by Reveille was also fully booked, but the owner, Pablo, was willing to come to take a look the second day we called. Pablo quickly found the root cause, and also pointed out another potential issue. We had the fix done soon after that. It exceeded my expectation that Pablo not only did what we discussed but also helped us patch some small holes on the roof. The price was very reasonable also. Our roof was fixed before the next rainy day. Im very happy with the service!

We called various roofing companies in the area, hoping to get roof work done before the rains. A few companies came out to evaluate the scope and committed to provide a quote. Only 1 company actually followed up on that commitment in a timely manner: Pablo with Roofs by Reveille. Pablo offered a date to do the work and we raised our concern about the upcoming rains forecast for the following week. Pablo was willing to move schedules around to address the issue before the rain. His crew was on-time and demonstrated results beyond our expectations. As it turnout, it was the lowest cost among others that we interviewed throughout Bay Area. From start to finish, they work quick and efficient, and even repaired areas that had wood rot without additional costs. The crew even came during weekend to finished up and set up post inspection from Fremont Building & Safety Department.
