Comment: With the recent rain, had a roof leak. These guys were recommended, independently, by several valued clients. They did a thorough inspection, with a detailed report and pictures, as well as recommendations for repairs. What was nice was that they did progress pictures so I could track what was done. Guys were done within a day.

Comment: I have worked in the Real Estate services industry for over 25 years and found myself in the process of selling my own home. Being the consumer was a different feeling as I have been the primary provider for decades. The experience has really helped me understand the stress that the home sale/purchase creates. There are many moving parts and requests during the transaction. The initial Home Inspection team for the buyer identified potential issues with my roof. The description provided by the home inspector was broad based and vague. I reached out to Roof Checks for help. And help they did! They visited my house, clearly identified that there were some deficiencies regarding my roofing system and provided a detailed scope of work with pricing and pictures. We needed the work done. We authorized the repairs through a very simple docusign process. An appointment was made and the Roof Checks team arrived on time to the house. All the team members I interface with were clean cut and driving professional vehicles. This has not been my experience in the past with some roofing contractors. They completed the job and took all the trash. I could not tell that the job happened. I was sent a summary of the job the following day to include comprehensive pictures that I then forwarded to my agent. My agent was shocked with the quality of the pictures! I will refer Roof Checks to every person I meet that requires a roofing inspection and/or repairs. These guys are the best!!!

Comment: This small company definitely makes a grand impact, professionally and financially! I was in the middle of the purchasing process of a 1975 home with an untouched roof! Not sure in how long but my guess is at least 30years since the plywood size was not up to code. I am a first generation home buyer and I highly recommend them if you do not want to get lost in a waiting queue, if you are buying your first home and need help understanding what a roof repair/installation project actually means, if you want professional work completed at a reasonable turnaround time, AND price. They are personable with clients, they reply swiftly, and are honest people. That’s a Huge Advantage!! Don’t refrain from informing them of your situation or your financial state, they will be honest with you and help you out in every way possible. They make sure their customers are satisfied. My heart and appreciation goes to the whole company! From the lady Receptionists that answer the phones (Ms. Mary) to the roofers, the Project Managers (Max) and Estimators, all the way to the Owner (Vlad)! Comment: As part of the sale of my home, the buyer requested a 2-year roof certification. I called another company first who did not answer the phone so called Roofchecks, who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment for the next day. The inspector came out, clearly explained the repairs needed to obtain certification and sent me his report with cost estimates that same day. I approved the repairs and they were completed within 3 business days. I couldnt be more pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy. I highly recommend Roofchecks.

Comment: I have been a licensed Realtor for 16 years. I cannot say enough good about Roofchecks. They are my go to company for every inspection and I refer them for any repair or roof replacement. Comment: We had a very significant leak and I wanted to wait until there was a big storm to test out the repairs and write this review... Well, the leak is completely gone! I was very happy with my experience with this team. We had prompt responses every time I reached out to make an appointment, appointments were timely and efficient, and the repairs were very well done. Upon the roof inspection, the cause of the leak was discovered as well as some broken roof tiles, dry rot, and build-up at crucial drainage points. They performed the work but also found additional dry rot, which they communicated the additional costs to me immediately and repaired that as well. They even painted the new sections which was not part of their original scope. Very very happy with their work and I would recommend to anyone.

Comment: Servicemen were professional and prompt. We just purchased our new home built in 1992 and had a previous leak and repair completed in 2018. The owner Vlad and his team ensured that the area of concern was identified upon request and notification of the history for the home. After completion of the roof maintenance and repairs, we now feel confident and have peace of mind due to their quality workman ship and attention to detail. The owner Vlad himself made a trip to the residence during the maintenance and repairs to ensure all tens were satisfactorily addressed. Highly recommend and can move forward in our new first home with peace of mind.

Comment: I was referred to Roofchecks by several Realtor I work with for a commercial building we bought. During the escrow period they came out and did a free inspection and estimate. Then after we closed I said I was ready to get the repairs done and they were able to get the work completed in a few days. The other roofers I called were saying it would be a month or two before they can get to us. Pavel was the one that did the work. He was very friendly and throughout and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I was able to make a proper offer with the info they provided. They have since serviced my roof, fixing broken tiles and power washing! These guys are the best!
