Comment: I s/w the owner of Roof Maxx while looking around for roof estimates. This was after the basic inspection of a house we were interested in showed evidence that roof and sideing replacement / repairs were needed very soon. The owner was extreemly knowledgable, professional and friendly. He took time out of his day to give me a good amount of information as well as all the calculations needed to determine the cost of a new roof depending on its size and what materials were wanted. This estimated pricing was very competitive, reasonable and helped give me ideas on what the costs for the needed repairs would be based on materials chosen. Unfortunatly the house deal fell through but I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service provided. When I ever do need roof work I will for sure be calling Roof Maxx before anyone else!

Comment: Richard is extremely responsive, showing up quickly and staying as long as needed to get the job done. Very thorough roof inspection, including photos of all trouble spots. Roof tune-up and application of Roof Maxx product was efficient and effective. He cares about the quality of his work and checks in to make sure everything is going ok. Would highly recommend.

Comment: Richard went out of his way to help my elderly dad with his roof. The whole roof needs to be replaced and honestly the house is too old to go through that kind of renovation. With winter storms coming, he was able to secure a nice tarp that has held up perfectly during the rain and snow with zero leaks according to my dad. Im very appreciative of his time and effort, when no one would take the job, he stepped up!

Comment: Richard explained in detail the product and application procedure. After the late October record rainfall there was a very small amount of roof gravel that washed off the shingles, definitely less than I expected. We had a small leak that was not evident before the treatment that likely was a result of a improperly used nail on a vent flushing. Richard cam out to fix it in a timely manner without additional charges. Overall, Im very satisfied with Roofmax and Richard knows his trade.

Comment: I was thinking about replacing my roof. The roof had been on my house since I bought it in 2006, not sure how long it was on prior to that. My wife told me about Roof Maxx as an alternative to a new roof.I called Richard Houghton, our local Roof Maxx distributor, and we set an appointment.Richard cam on the appointed date and at the appointed time and along with his associate ,Branden, and they did a complete examination of our roof.Richard noted that there were some tweeks to the roof that need to be made and his bid included fixing those areas.Richard and Branden came out on the appointed day fixed the areas of concern and then applied the Roof Maxx product on my roof.Besides looking great, the roof received more attention from Richard.Richard also told me to call him if we decided to add solar to our roof so he could speak to the solar company about how to work on the roof.Richard also wants to come out as we get into the rainy season to ensure things are working right.Richard did a great job for us and he will do the same for you!

Comment: Richard and Brandon did a good job. They were on time, worked safely and cleaned up afterward. At my request they even hosed off the 10 years accumulation of dirt on my solar panels.
