Comment: I have to tell you this company is top notch in my book. First of all they show up on time. As we all know that almost never happens with any contractor. Juan the owner stays in contact with the customer to let them know whatever they want to know to about their job. I reached out to a few other companies to bid my job, and only one called back only to let me know they couldnt be out to give me an estimate for a few weeks. Juan from Roof Improve was out the same day, and did my repair a few days later. You just dont get that kind of service from most companies. This is a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Comment: Due to the record storm in Northern California this year, roofers were in high demand. Many companies I submit quotes never get back to me, cannot come out to provide quotes until two to three weeks out, and cannot work on the problem until eight to ten weeks after the quote. The owner of Roof Improve, Juan, got back to me the same day, was able to inspect and provide a quote the same week, and was able to work on my roof two weeks later. This time frame was better than the nine other companies contacted.Roof Improve did a great job on my roof, and after the work was completed, I asked Juan about a few minor cosmetic adjustments I had in mind. Juan was great about that and came out personally the next day and worked with me to ensure everything was done to my liking.Its not easy to find good contractors these days, but Roof Improve was able to provide quality workmanship, quick service turnaround, and all for a reasonable price. I recommend Roof Improve for anyone needing roof services.

Comment: Roof Improve was one of the most honest and reliable companies I have done business with . Juan went over and above to answer all my questions and to help me understand what he was doing. He was always on time. So professional and to the point. He did pictures before and after, which helped me a lot. I am going to have him come out once a year to check my roof and therefore get ahead of any problems. My house is only 5 years old. We decided to hire Juan and Roof Improve after reading reviews like this one. We were not disappointed, so thank you fellow reviewers! Any review mentioning this companys professionalism, communication, and timeliness were fortified with our own experience.In addition to the repair, Juan secured a loose tile he incidentally found and came back to paint the discolored fascia. He declined reimbursement for the paint and a tip, but asked that if he liked his companys service to write a reviews, so Im keeping my promise. Following the repair, we were shown pictures of the roof and what issues were addressed.Our repair was done in September, but I wanted to test drive the repair before I wrote a review. Comment: I feel very fortunate to have connected with Juan at Roof Improve! In early December, I was having a hard time finding a trustworthy company to make some repairs to my leaky tile roof and solve an issue I was having with a blocked dryer vent. I called a number of roofing companies with no success. Several times I simply never received a call back after leaving a message. Several times I was told I was outside the company’s service area (not true based on their Yelp page -- I think they just didn’t want to deal with what they considered a small job). One company did come by, did a very casual roof inspection, then quoted an exorbitant cost for very little work. My neighbor heard how much trouble I was having finding someone and suggested I call Juan, who had repaired his roof earlier in the year. I love this neighbor dearly, but he is super nitpicky about work done to his home. I knew if he was speaking so highly about Juan, it really meant something. Juan actually picked up the phone when I called, listened carefully to my issues, then scheduled a time to come by for an inspection the following day. He actually texted to let me know he was on his way, and showed up early! He did a very careful and thorough inspection of my roof and gave me an estimate the following morning. I approved the estimate, and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction in a very timely manner. I had a new issue crop up just last week -- not in any way related to the first repair that Juan did. I contacted Juan and he came by the next morning for an inspection and gave me an estimate on the spot. I approved it, and he completed the work that same day. I highly recommend Roof Improve and will absolutely call Juan anytime I’m having issues. I appreciate not only his work ethic and skill, but also his excellent communication. If you are looking for someone honest, responsive, and responsible to take care of your roof repairs at a competitive price, look no further.

Comment: Fantastic communication and work.I found Juan through yelp searches and came across his business. He had good reviews and lots of photos from jobs which helped to see this process. My roof was actually fine and is rated for 40-50 concrete tile but I just wanted it look at and cleaned up as it had been many years since it had eyes look at it closely.I have nothing but positives to share about him. Great communication, lots of pictures to see the before and after work. Pricing was reasonable per hour and the best part was communication via e-mail and through text, which, for busy people is essential now. He followed through on time commitments and the price was the same as the quote.

Comment: This guy is a true professional! He came by my house and gave me a estimate in a quick timely manner.What I liked about Juan, is that he replied the same day I asked for a estimate. He showed up on time the next at the time we agreed. His price was better than all of the rest on Craigslist or bigger companies.What I was most impressed by was his work. He made my kids playhouse look amazing! His craftsmanship speaks for itself! I highly recommend Juan to anybody who wants an honest person to do an amazing job. Comment: Had Juan the owner of roof improve come out for a free estimate he showed up when promised did a thorough roof inspection and sent me a bid promptly. I will have him do the work and post a review when the job is complete there is a lot to be said when someone shows up when promised instead of excuses why they can’t make it.
