Comment: After doing internet searches and reviews I decided to contact Ron Williams Certified Roof & Inspections, Lisa was A+ costumer service to deal with!! I had received a quote for a fair price for replacing an old skylight replacement and I had a few small leaks that need to be fixed hopefully with new roofing? the guys were very professional and left everything clean and picked up. Highly recommended!!

Comment: I had a very large Tamarack Pine tree fall on my home during the 2022 New Years Eve storm. I left many emails and voicemails to local roofing companies requesting a roof repair estimate. Ron Williams Certified Roofing was the only company to respond! Well, Im glad that they did. Caesar (the estimator and team leader) was very knowledgeable and courteous and Lisa kept me notified about the whole process from beginning to end.When I need to replace my roof I will be requesting Ron Williams to do the job.

Comment: We used Ron Williams recently to replace our roof on our home so when my dads roof started leaking from the recent storms I knew who to call. Lisa in the office is a joy to work with and keeps you up-to-date every step of the way. They are there when they say they will be there and are very professional through the entire process. Caesar came out and inspected and gave us the bad news that there was more than one roof layer and the previous installer didnt know what they were doing. We were given the option to repair or replace and we decided to replace the roof. The replacement was scheduled quickly and completed before the next set of storms came through. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is professional through every phase of the project. Ron Williams has earned my FIVE-STAR rating without reservation.

Comment: Our experience with Ron Williams roofing was fantastic. This was our first major home project so we were nervous. We spoke to Lisa several times via phone and email and she was consistently kind, funny and knowledgeable. She responded quickly and checked in whenever she hadnt heard from us for a minute. The crew doing the actual roofing was so courteous. Just gave us quick updates or asked a question then got back to it. Any debris that fell off the roof outside or that came into the house (we had some dryrot) they were quick to clean up and the areas looked better than when they started. Ill be recommending these folks going forward to friends and family. No more putting out buckets when it rains! Thank you!!!

Comment: After getting quotes from four different roofing companies, we went with Ron Williams’ Certified Roof Inspection and we are so pleased we did. The proposal was an excellent value, even with the addition of new gutters, drains and downspouts, plus upgraded attic insulation. Caesar and his crew arrived bright and early and worked throughout the week, staying on schedule even though some dry rot was discovered and also repaired. The end result is beautiful. Caesar attended to all details and his entire crew did a superlative job. They left the entire work area completely clean. I would recommend Ron Williams to anyone who values solid local work done by professional staff.

Comment: This company is great. I called them out to inspect my roof which had a leak. They assessed the damage and clearly indicated what my problem was and also advised as to some potential issues I hasd with other areas of my roof. They gave me an estimate which was very reasonable told me what they thought was necessary to accomplish and scheduled an immediate appointment to do the work. They were on time and very professional and did a great job. You won’t be sorry you used this company4/16/21.. This is the second time I used Ron Williams Roofing . This company came out yesterday to do some repairs needed for the sale of my home. They are efficient, timely , cooperative and courteous and do excellent work and explain in detail what was needed and why it is needed. I am glad that I found Ron Williams Roofing because the process is seamless and the prices are very competitive.

Comment: I have a 92 year old home with a Spanish tile roof. Ron Williams sent Cesar over to do a roof inspection which showed numerous cracked tiles and shifted tiles that was where we had a leak last winter. The price was acceptable, yet the work was outstanding. Cesar was a great leader of his team. Not only did they blow the entire roof and gutters of clutter, they repaired everything, installed new vents for the attic, repaired several areas of the gutters and sealed areas that were not properly sealed by a previous repair before we bought the home. Ron instilled safety and professionalism into his team and it showed each day. I would highly recommend Ron Williams Certified Roof and Inspection to all....I know I can rest easy when the winter rains come because of Ron and his team. ROn

Comment: They were professional and clear with their estimate. They even painted the wood replacements that they said would not be painted!! :) Estimate was $1000 less than the two others I got, and they actually did more work. Very knowledgeable workers, and worked when it was 108 degrees twice. Picture shows what they fixed, very good job when finished.

I personally replaced my roof thirty some years ago, so I knew what to look for and I was well pleased with both the roofing and the gutters. Comment: Ron Saved my home from ruin at the hands of another unscrupulous roofer.Heres an abbreviated write up on my experience....... Ron Williams provided us with an invoice proving the original roofer left us with $3,350+ in repairs. .......IN ADDITION a Termite inspection proved SOS Roofing left behind Dry Rot in 4-5 locations. Dry rot Repairs would exceed $1,200.00 under the new roof he was trying to charge us for.That roof installed by SOS Roofing needed $4,550 in repairs!!!!... & SOS Roofing refused to make the repairs or settle for payment minus our cost of necessary repairs. And it gets worse.A complaint to CSLB netted a response. Although a ruling would be in our favor the complaint itself was dismissed on a technicality because we didnt have monetary damages..... BECAUSE .... the Roofing Contractor SOS Roofing had NOT been paid a booking fee or deposit. So, CSLB cant investigate our claim unless a booking fee or deposit was paid..... [[[[[ NOTE ]]]]] The original contract SOS Roofing presented to my fiance at scheduling time required payment after the roof was finished. So, when SOS Roofing did an inferior job LEGALLY there couldnt be monetary damage because money had not been exchanged. (a technicality allowing a nasty roofer to screw us). By not taking a booking fee or deposit SOS Roofing company was protected ...because... Without exchanging money any complaint to CSLB would be technically discharged.After 2 years of litigation and paying the $7,500 settlement. Our court fees + attorney fees added up to another $8,000. And the loss of our expenses to represent ourselves for the first year. A net loss of over $20,000 [[[[& we still had to repair/replace our roof]]]].THE GOOD NEWS IS .......................................................... RESEARCH PAID OFF BY NOTICING OTHER.................................................. ISSUES WE NEEDED TO ADDRESS:- We discovered there was not enough air flow in our attic..........We resolved this........by adding 20 Soffit Vents & 2 Attic Vent Fans.- Electrical inspection revealed faulty wiring in our attic & we fixed it.- Discovered more dry-rot in our attic roof + chimney closet. We fixed it.- Discovered we needed to increase insulation from R5 to R50.- We added a cat walk to our attic for easy access Only $200.- We added lighting in our attic $75.- We replaced 2 new bathroom fans. More powerful and whisper quiet.- We added 2 house vent fans (to get rid of hot air in summer & odors).- We added $400 in structural strengthening to the rafters of our roof which helps protect us in an earthquake................................................... WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE NEW ROOF.- We stripped off the inferior [old] roofing to expose all dry rot.- We repaired all dry rot.- We replaced all the plywood in the eves with prepainted 1 inch Ply.- We added a 1/2 plywood to the rest of the roof.- All new wood in the Eaves & Fascia and Trim received 2 coats of prime & 2 coats of paint prior to installing (all 6 sides).- Added a layer of Grace Brand Ice and Water shield gutter to gutter.............This made our roof water tight UNDER the Roofing Shingles.............This also also gave each shingle nail a water tight gasket.............This also increased the tinsel strength in lateral roof movement.- We Upgraded to roofing shingles by Malarkey Brand [Legacy shingles].............This 50 Year Shingle will protect the water barrier created BY Grace Brand - Ice and water shield 50-100 yrs.LASTLY we upgraded by blowing in additional R45 insulation in the attic.We now have a 50-100 year roof THANKS to Ron Williams.& we have better air flow + lower utility bills.

Comment: We contacted Ron along with three other roofing companies to obtain quotes. Rons office manager (and wife) Lisa reached out to us quickly and worked with us for a few weeks as I negotiated prices. In the end, Ron was the lowest cost with the highest quality and most extended warranty. She gave me a detailed description of the work, and we set up a date for the start of the project. They completed the roof within 1 & 1/2 days. Ron came at 7 am to dropped off the trailer for the debris and the crew showed up by 7:30 am. The crew was very professional, kind, and fast. At the end of the project, they left my yard and driveway cleaner than it was when they started. The roof looks great! I recommend them.

Comment: Ron and crew did a real nice new roof job on my house which I arranged through Lowes. That also included the additional insulation required by the updated city code. It was not an easy attic to work in but they managed to do a great job of it. A problem developed with the shingles in two small places after about a year and Ron took care of it very quickly.
