Comment: Was first introduced to Resilient Roofing when they did my neighbors roof in the summer 2022. During the proces they were very respectful of our property and vehicles and their crew did a great job cleaning up. No nails anywhere to be found! Well it turns out that our roof needed replacing earlier this year, and Roy from Resilient Roofing encouraged me to give them a shot. After thinking about our options We eventually decided to go with a family friend to replace the roof instead bt resilient was very helpful as we were making our decision. Were very appreciative that there was not a pushy salesman. Very respectful and professional company!

Comment: When it comes to Seth and the team at Resilient Roofing, I can’t say enough! It’s rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home.When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. When he walked on our awning, it literally cracked through to the bottom and I was relieved he hadn’t fallen through! (You can see the pictures). We were dismayed to say the least, and looking at several different very expensive quotes.Not only did Resilient Roofing give us an incredible deal, but they surpassed all our hopes for the quality of work, as well as the kindness, and professionalism of their entire team. They finished the entire job in two days, and left not so much is a nail on our driveway. Pristine work (see pictures)!From now on, when anyone needs any roofing work done, I am going to strongly push them towards Seth, and his team at Resilient Roofing. This is why their ratings are so consistently high. And my wife and I are their biggest fans now!

Comment: Heather from Resilient Roofing initially inspected an area on our shingles roof that was leaking. She was very professional and took photos of what needed to be done. We ultimately took care of the roof repair for a reasonable fee. The day after the repair was completed, Seth Larson inspected the work and sent me photos of what exactly had been done during the process. Two days later we had significant rain and everything looks good. I highly recommend this company, either for a complete roof replacement or for a repair.

Comment: Am writing this review for my dad who contacted this company.My dad was amazed at how quick the gentleman from this company responded to his request to repair a section of our roof-- strong wind pulled up some metal piece on our roof which caused it to stand up vertically. Once the contractor came out to do an assessment of the roof, he told my dad that it was going to be a very simple fix. He left all his belongings at our house and headed to a hardware store. Within hours he came back and had our roof repaired. The most generous thing was that he insisted on not charging my dad as he states it was an easy fix. After countless attempts to pay the gentleman, he left without payment. Besides being extremely generous (which this should not be expected) he was extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and respectful of his clients time. This company will definitely be added to our small collection of contractors we trust and will work with indefinitely.

From the very beginning the representative who first came to my house and explained everything in great detail showed me my roof via a drone.I then was in contact with our Reyna Valdez. Dealing with my HOA was a little bit of a struggle and Reyna Was not only on top of the situation but she called me often kept me updated she would always return my phone calls return to emails very promptly she’s the one who kept me sane through all of this. I really appreciated that the staff of Resilient Roofing kept me informed all the way. Reyna iin the office let me know when roofers would be there and always checked to make sure all going well. Demo crew, Salvador, Ricardo, Ray and Felix were great. They were on time, worked efficiently, had a good work ethic, and were friendly. They also did a great job cleaning up. The roof installers also were grrat with Matt being a great leader because of his knowledge and expertise. Matt has a great work ethic and takes pride in his work. He stayed aftet quitting time to make sure the job and clean up to meet his high standards.. Also very much appreciatef was the step by step video informing me what was expected and involved in getting a new roof. Really helpful. Their roofing team worked hard through the hottest part of the year redoing our 30 year old tile roof and working to meet all of our requests. Resilient really impressed me many months after the job was complete when I reached out to them for some tile repair work due to some damage that our pergola company did during install of a new pergola. Resilient responded quickly with two employees who professionally and quickly fixed all of the issues. What really set this company apart was they they did this extra work at no charge to us. Comment: It is very difficult to find a professional, responsive and honest roofing company in San Diego; however, Resilient Roofing is all three, plus some. My brother, who is also in the roofing business in VA), suggested this company after my husband and I already obtained multiple quotes on the replacement of both of our Duplex roofs. We knew we were going with this company the moment we were provided the quote. If you are in the need for a new roof, you will find out sooner or later that even if a roofing business ‘seems’ legit, there is always one aspect that falls short. For example, multiple companies are unresponsive after providing a quote. Others would provide the quote verbally, and expect a counter acceptance immediately thereafter. On the flip side, neither my husband or myself felt “pushed” into taking an offer with Resilient, nor did we feel like we had to manage exceptions during the process itself. After we scheduled initial walkthrough, the roofing consultant, Seth, gave us a thorough and detailed list of all the work required, and made any assumption or dependency very apparent to us. Mike, the production manager was extremely thorough on the job, and very responsive to every question that we had. It is hard to explain roofing terms/speak to people not in this industry, but Mike was patient in explaining every detail from start to finish. He even brought us up on the roof/sent us pictures of the old roofing structure to explain the job as it progressed. The entire staff was very courteous and professional as well. Even our tenants noticed how good of a company this was (they later told us how, after the job was complete, the team cleaned up every piece of debris and make the area look better than beforehand). All in all, you can either do things the right way- or you will end up doing them over again- and we have full assurance that Resilient did not let our hopes down. Will be using them again for our next project on another unit in the near future.

He sympathized with our situation and made arrangements quickly for placement of a tarp while we considered our options.Our job was then transferred to a new Project Manager, Mike. We were notified of the change and Mike called and introduced himself. Mike was also very courteous, thorough and efficient. An excellent representative for the company.After reviewing our options we decided on a lift and relay of our entire roof. The job was scheduled at our convenience and the crew was here right on time to begin the job. They were here a total of 6 days. Comment: I have worked with numerous roofing companies. I own a large home inspection company here in San Diego, and we often refer roofers. They almost always disappoint the client.I found Resilient roofing when the skylight on my own home failed and started to leak. I was really impressed with their Facebook presence, and the ease with which I could request an appointment. I was able to easily select a date and time for my initial consultation online. Darrian sent a confirmation email with all the details and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Josh was the estimator who came out and evaluated my roof. He provided me with a detailed quote that included pictures and descriptions of the defects. There additional problems with my roof and he made recommendations to replace some cracked tiles and fix the mortar around several flashings. The pictures confirmed his findings. I had the report before Josh left the property.I had the repairs performed much sooner than originally planned due to another cancellation. The crew that came out was friendly and efficient. The guys even took our trash cans to the curb which was a really nice touch. It is those little extras that made the experience with them that much better. Seriously, this is a legitimate company. Comment: We recently remodeled our home and added solar panels. Resilient worked to complete areas required for the solar on time for maximum tax credits. We replaced entire roof and their work and crews were great. Looks great and the worked around several projects to complete all jobs as needed, though this made their work more complicated. Great company and people.

Comment: From the time Eric came out and provided the quote we requested to the time of completion was only three weeks, two weeks faster the promised.The roof removal took one day and was very smooth and the clean up was excellent.The following morning the roof was installed and completed that afternoon. Again clean up was super.Bothe teams were very courtiouse and plesant.Over all great job - highly recommend Resilient RoofingJim & Linda

Comment: Resilient Roofing provided five star service beginning with the informative sales call by Eric and the excellent services provided by their construction team. They started the job on the agreed upon date, kept the site clean throughout the project and completed the project quickly and efficiently. We have had several days of rain since and didnt have any leaks or issues.

Comment: They did an outstanding in replacing my roof which is very steep. They had to scrape off 4 layers of roofing materials. Resilient Roofing kept me informed every step of the way. Their crew was very hard working, polite, and quiet. Most highly recommended.

Comment: Seth and his team at Resilient Roofing were AWESOME!!! I got around 8 quotes and although Resilient was not the cheapest, they were on the lower end of the prices but I felt they were the most trustworthy. I would highly recommend Resilient Roofing to anyone that asks.
