They communicated over text message a reminder and when our technician was enroute. He arrived on time!! Our technician, Devon, was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and explained everything he did to service the unit. He expertly services our unit, found several issues that were repaired in 1 visit. Devon neatly clean the area after completing the service (even rolled up and replaced the water hose). Comment: Weve used this company twice. First time was they installed our new unit and the 2nd time was to come and service it for a issue with the heater. The 2nd time they came out the same day we had called about our issue and was able to fix it. I love that its a family business. Both Tanya and Jonathan were outstanding with their customer service and resolving the issue. Highly recommend this company.

Comment: Quality Sheet Metal removed our 33 year old furnace and installed a new more efficient unit, an A/C unit and redid the duct work. We met with three companies before selecting Quality. While meeting with John we were impressed with detail of his inspection and his suggestions. They redesigned the duct system significantly improving the air flow. John and his crew were a pleasure to work with, were prompt and clean. Would recommend without hesitation!

He walked around, inspected the unit, pipes, and drains and educated us on what to look for, how often to service, and the expected life of components. Comment: John and his crew installed new heater and air conditioner about a year ago. I told John what my budget was and he designed a system with options for me to choose. No high pressure up sell. Just the facts.Our new system is super efficient compared to 20 year old equipment that was replaced.Fast forward to present day... got an email and a call that it’s time for a check up. They came out and checked the system and even power washed the condenser. Cost? All included in the original purchase.Loved their work so much that I had them install heater in the Lake Tahoe cabin also.Thanks John and the “Real Boss” Tonya!

I was told by another company my unit was old, not good quality and had me panicking that I needed to buy a new one. Johnathon from Quality Sheet Metal Heating & Air cam out to service our unit and check out my concerns and left me feel comfortable trusting my gut feeling we didnt need a new unit after all. He cleaned it up very shiny and ran his test which lead him to tell us it is in great condition and we are good still for many years to come. It is hard to find honest businesses these day. Comment: Quality Sheet Metal exceeded expectations and was able to execute the balance between solid customer service, prompt response time and job completion. We contacted quality to have a basic AC tuneup before the summer heat descends upon us. I was dreading the experience as I fully expected the upsell, and being told our unit was going to die.Well, I was pleasantly surprised as this company sent out a tech to provide the service , identify areas of concern without the use of fear mongering, and threats of assured HVAC failure. The honesty and integrity demonstrated was very much appreciated. This company already had glowing reviews, and I wanted to reiterate that it is clear they want to provide a legitimate service without trying to break anyones bank.
