Comment: Steve and his staff at Quality Roofing in Pleasant Hill are top notch, and their work quality speaks for itself. I really appreciated the honest, fair discussion about where I could save, and where I needed to commit to getting the best possible roof for the long run. They keep their own veteran carpenter on staff to do needed wood repairs at high quality and a fair price, a huge advantage in time and cost savings. My roof was completed in 3 days, and that was with some tricky wood repair. I would highly recommend Quality for your next roof replacement!

Comment: So glad I went with Quality Roofing. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, and making sure my expectations were met. The crew works hard, cleans up after the day, and does a top notch job - they really take pride in what they do. Steve is very knowledgeable, and offers advice on products and options to really make the roof look nice.In addition to the roof, I also had them remove some old skylights, replace my old gutters, and add a layer of insulation. I am really satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism.

Comment: Quality Roofing Company, Inc. came recommended to me by a roofer my General Contractor friend suggested. Turned out that roofer now only does tile roofs and I have composition shingles. Itd been 25 years since I searched for a roofer and I wanted the same dark green Id hunted for back then. I learned back then that Its not a very traditional color on the west coast. And now, the shingle manufacturer I found 25 years ago no longer made it in that shingle line. Robert came to bid the job and listened carefully to what I wanted. He and Steve sourced it and offered me two choices and luckily they found stock in my first choice. (I got two other bids and while one did find a green, the other company just acted like it was impossible, and they quickly lost my consideration.) Our job went as planned and they installed my two replacement skylights as well. The crew worked hard, cleaned up daily, and Steve was very responsive to any questions I had through texts. Elias was the lead on our job and he was always available to me. We love how it turned out, especially the vented ridge cap as it gives more definition on or double hip-roofed rancher. Oh, and my hubby is a retired Journeyman carpenter so when hes happy with the quality of a job, both in progress AND finished, it say ALOT.

Comment: Quality Roofing are the best roofing company out there doing roofs today!!As a Retired building Inspector who did a lot of roof inspections including Quality Roof Company their work was one of the finest that Ive seen!! So naturally I called Steve Hubbard & Robert for an estimate than moved ahead with scheduling my beautiful new roof. Steve & Roberts crew where out 1 day for a tear off and the next day my beautiful new roof was done!! Hands down the best roofing company locally out there and a Quality great looking roof on my house here in Concord!!Thanks Steve & Robert for my beautiful new roof!!

Comment: My experience with Steve and his team was great. Starting off with a tricky driveway they managed to get all their equipment up to the house without a problem. They did a quick tear down of the old roof and before you knew it the team was there putting on the new one! Team was very nice and professional. During the job we had them update our insulation in the attic which ended up being a breeze. Later a group came out and put up our new gutters too which turned out great. They also did a small side roof over our sauna and threw in some dry rot work with some new framing and plywood around the top of the sauna to better stabilize and secure everything. Over the 4 to 5 day project Steve was frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan and I had ample opportunity to talk things over with him as he made sure everything was going to my satisfaction.

Comment: Unbelievable! How lucky we were that we hired Quality Roofing Company. First meeting with Steve and I was completely comfortable with his presentation. No hard sell, no upselling, just straight forward what was needed and what would work best on my house in my particular neighborhood. Very honest and direct. Not only did he deliver what he promised with no hidden surprises but the crew went above and beyond my expectations! Steve even worked with us on a little bit of repair work that was needed on the sheeting. Again, going above and beyond!!! We were right in a weather window of rain and Steve and the men timed everything perfectly and got the new roof on! A nice bonus to us are the numerous compliments we have received from the neighbors and passer byers on how great the new roof looks, the color, CertainTeed Landmark Pro Weatherwood...was the right choice for our house!!!! Steve suggested this color choice and boy was he right on!!!! My husband, also a contractor, is a difficult man to please and he is very, very satisfied with entire experience, from the dialogues with Steve to the performance of the crew to the final finished product!!!! This is a stellar company!!!! Thank you!!!!
