Comment: If we could yell this review from the mountain tops , we would.We cant express enough about how truly satisfied we are with DIEGO- Executive Manager - and his entire team .There were 3 huge jobs to take on- roof, stucco and outdoor painting, as well as indoor painting. It was all completely done in less than 3 weeks.From our first interaction with DIEGO, we knew we were in excellent hands. Diego was very professional, honest and had a very disarming nature about him which instantly relieved so much stress from us.DIEGO kept in regular contact and stopped by from time to time to ensure everything was running smoothly and at the end of jobs - to ensure 100% satisfaction.Diego made sure everything that needed to be taken care of - was done.The workmanship and speed of everyone was truly amazing.JAVIER AND DARIO were extremely professional and the painting was absolutely perfect- they were very meticulous. They even made sure that all their work was cleaned up- so you wouldnt even know anyone was even there! Comment: This company installed my new roof, reframed and re-stucco my dinning room walls. As I observed them, I was very impressed with their professional work, and cleanliness. Because of their workmanship and work ethics, I added a few more projects, new gutters and new attic insulation.After the winter storms in November and December, the newly installed roof started to leak and Mario sent a crew right away to remove and replace new shingles/torched layers to prevent future leaks. The repair was done without any cost to me.After last months torrential rains, I noticed a wet stain on my ceiling adjacent to the new roof they installed. I called Mario who came as soon as he can and personally inspected the roof and found out that a vent flushing was not sealed properly. This issue was not part of the roof that they replaced and obviously not covered by the warranty. He however, sealed the flushing and installed new shingles for free.Mario is a good person who stands behind his work and will do an extra mile to satisfy his customer. A rare virtue possessed by people nowadays. Definitely deserving to be recommended!Please be advised that this new review supersedes my previous review from 2 months ago due to a little misunderstandingregarding the warranty which was resolved after i posted it.

Comment: Protecta resurfaced my roof as well as replacing almost all the fascia boards and wood around the edges. On top of that, they installed custom gutter around the whole roof. Through it all, they were outstanding. Mario had the experience to summarize and do an acurate estimate on the first visit. Diegos communication through the process was exceptional. Every appointment was on time, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent. The Protecta crew are very skilled, knowledgeable, and truly care about doing great work! Im extremely satisfied with the new roof and highly recommend Protecta for anything job or service you need!

Comment: Protecta roofing performed some concrete tile and mortar bed repairs on our roof, as well as adding some bird deterrent pieces to our chimney. Mario and Diego are fast, friendly, and very responsive to all communication. They did outstanding work at an extremely competitive price, and even repaired needed areas found later at no extra charge. If you are in need of any roofing or repairs they are an honest, hardworking company that I would highly recommend.

Comment: I needed a small roof repair that required a riser to be sealed properly. Mario & Diego offered to repair it for free! Yes for FREE. Most roofers I talked to were unwilling to take a small job let alone provide quality services for free. On top of doing a great job, they were professional and maintained constant communication without me having to follow up again and again. Would definitely hire them for future roof work.

Comment: I had about 1300 sq.ft. of walkable, flat roofing for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), aka a granny flat Im building in my back yard. With the COVID disruption to the construction industry, I had a heck of a time even finding a roofer that was familiar with this single-ply PVC rolled roofing, or who would even give me a bid! I had procured the roofing material myself, so finding a roofer who also would bid the job labor only (or one who was even willing to work with an Owner Builder) was also a challenge. Mario with Protecta Roofing was VERY easy to work with and was very comfortable with these sorts of roofs as he normally does larger, commercial jobs (TPO, usually), but was happily willing to take on my smaller job.I have had nothing but trouble with almost all phases of this job as nothing seemed to go as I was expecting. Mario gave me a narrow window of availability between his larger jobs, but when my roofing material got held up in a shipping snafu (what should have taken five days, took almost two weeks!), I thought I was going to lose him for two more months. Despite getting the run around from the shipping company about when my roofing was actually going to arrive, and stringing Mario along for over a week, he never got flustered, stayed in touch, and still carved out some time after he had to start his bigger job to be sure and come down and help me finish my job. He and his crew were all very nice and easy to work with, and Mario showed good attention to detail for my rather complicated install, which I appreciated.I am very grateful for the extra time and consideration Mario and his crew showed me to help get this job completed to my satisfaction and for a reasonable price. Comment: Flat roof elastomeric roof installation on 100 yr old house in North Park. I am very pleased the work performed by Protecta. I was referred to them by a friend in the house flipping business and she highly recommended them as her go-to roofer. I got two other bids, but after talking with Leon, it was clear that he was offering the correct solution for the roof. a roof that is on a house this old could be Pandoras Box and he understood that. He offered a great solution at a very reasonable price. The work quality is very good and very clean install.I was very impressed with the customer service - communication was great, they showed up when they were supposed to and were easy to work with. Everything youd want. Highly recommend them!

Comment: Recently my 32year old roof developed a leak and I figured it was finally time to get it replaced. I shopped around and got quotes ranging from reasonable to outrageous. My neighbor recommended Protecta Roofing and Mario (the owner) quoted me a fantastic price. The team of guys showed up and got things done in 2 days (1 story house). The team was pleasant to work with, they were careful and left the site spotless. I no longer have to worry about rain and the house feels a bit cooler inside too. I definitely recommend you fix your roof and do it with Protecta!

Comment: The following review is for my mom because she didn’t know how to make a review.I contacted Protecta Roofing, Inc to give me a quote for a new shingle roof. Mario came out and inspected the roof,took photos, and described what needed to be done. He was on time and very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.I got several quotes from other businesses but Mario gave me the best deal for labor and materials.The company did everything they said they would do and didn’t try to up sell or make changes in the original contract. Comment: Protect All Roof, with Mario and Edith were stellar in their work, professionalism, and responsiveness. Edith is a wonderful representative, and gave me several options to choose from based on the work that needed to be done (both house and garage). The quote was quite reasonable, too, considering everything that needed to be completed. The new roof looks great, and was well-done (as opposed to the previous installation, it is miles superior). There was a small issue with the gutters that were installed, but they came right out the same day I notified them and corrected it. That was the best response I have received from a company in a long time. I highly recommend Protect All Roof for your roofing/gutter needs.
