Comment: I want to give a huge shout out to all the people who were involved in this project! From renee at the office for personal and swift responses to all of our questions. to Eric who managed the project almost seamlessly thank you for your great advises and ideas, and to all the workers who treated our home as if it was theirs! I was looking to remodel my condo in Santa Monica while I was away and so I interviewed a few different contractors to find one that I feel comfortable to work with remotely and I felt that progressive builders understood my wishes and have the experience with these kinds of situations and so after drafting a contract that was very clear and fair the project was on its way to a great start! A wonderful design was drawn up for the kitchen and bathroom and They pulled all the required permits before the work started. When the actual work started I was away and I was informed and kept updated almost daily about the progress via phone/email and even received pictures! They coordinated all the different vendors and fixture deliveries and did a wonderful job installing everything. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you very much!!

Comment: My husband and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen, living room, dining room and downstairs bathroom completely for years now. But, we really never did anything about it until we saw a friends house who had recently remodeled their home. They used a company called progressive builders and the work that was done for them was absolutely gorgeous! So, we invited them to give us a bid. We showed them our ideas, they showed us photos of their work and the price they offered wasnt the cheapest. But, it was definitely within reason. So, we hired them to do the work for us. It took approximately 2 and 1/2 months to complete the entire job. But once they were done, they did such a marvelous job that we felt strongly about recommending them to others interested in doing similar work. We had a wall knocked down near the dining room to expand our kitchen and added a skylight which opened it up in a way we never imagined. After adding new cabinets, tile flooring and a center island with a!granite countertop and a granite backsplash, we felt as though we had moved in exactly the right direction. All of their employees were very courteous, responsible and we felt more than comfortable having them occupy our home for such a long time. We will be using them again.

Comment: We would like to thank Progressive Builders for doing such a terrific job in remodeling our kitchen, as well as our master and guest bathrooms. Unless you have a licensed contractor that youve used in the past, its difficult to know where to begin in searching for one. So, when a friend referred us to Progressive...whom theyd used in the past...we invited them to give us a quote on doing the work. Once we met with them and saw their references and photos of work they had done, we really wanted them to do the work for us! But of course, we were a bit nervous about the price we might be quoted. But, I must say that they offered us a very fair price and one that we could work with. So, we hired them! Now, our home has risen in value and is as beautiful as a brand new home. We are amazed at the change it has made in our home and our lifestyle. So, we would refer Progressive to everyone!

Comment: Progressive Builders did a complete master bathroom remodel in our weekend house in Los Angeles. Their designer came up with very creative ideas and solutions for our bath, and after the project was completed it was one of the prettiest bathrooms Ive ever saw. Their workers were meticulous, professional and hard working. They re-painted, installed new appliances, new fixtures, repaired the plumbing finishing the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I wish I have something else to remodel!

Comment: I waited a few months before posting this review, because I wanted to check how the new roof will hold up against rains. Our roof was aged and was leaking all over the house so we hired Progressive Builders to get our roof replaced. Scheduling the project was easy and we agreed about the price very quickly. The job started and was completed on time. Now I can proudly say that they did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and craftmanship.

Comment: Progressive builders were a company very easy to deal with, and after a short negotiations they gave us a really great price for a complete house paint job. We had a crew of 4 painters working on our house and they finished in time, delivering a nicely painted home. During the project all of the workers were polite, hard-working and took great care with the details. Overall the project was well worth the money, and now our house from the outside looks like a new one!
