Comment: Samuel and his crew did a great job of installing newly sloped flat roof on 4 large areas of our home in east foothills San Jose. Our flat roof areas previously were leaking, not well done by a previous other roofer. Samuel and his crew removed and re-did all of it, so now our new roof feels like quality work has been done, and our home feels snug as a bug, protected against the elements.Samuel and his crew were always timely, organized, cleaned up every day after work, and completed their work within the estimated timeline Samuel originally gave us. The crew was courteous, everyone wore masks, and followed good covid prevention measures. They even brought their own port o potty and never came inside the house. They were great to work with, and their price was fair and reasonable. They did a high quality job - the roof looks amazing and the measures he took to seal and make it water resistant were very good. They know what they are doing, and it shows in the final product. They were great to work with. I wish all contractors were like Samuel.

Comment: We went with Pro Roofing after getting many quotes. The team at Pro Roofing had a demeanor that made me trust them and their price was competitive. They didn’t disappoint. They did the job quickly and efficiently (I have a 2 story house). I didn’t need to have them fix anything after the walk through at the end of the job.Not a knock on Pro Roofing but just a tip - For anyone getting their roof done, I would recommend tarping the inside garage so all the debris falls onto the floor. I didn’t realize it would be such a mess on the cabinets, storage bins, etc.

Comment: ProRoofing replaced our roof in the summer of 2019.Samuel of ProRoofing was great to work with during the entire process from bid to clean up.He and his crew replaced the roof and installed new solar fans and vents.The price was reasonable. They were efficient, finishing the project on time.At the end of each day they cleaned around the perimeter of the house.Its the rainy season now and the roof is holding up beautifully.I highly recommend ProRoofing.

Comment: After reviewing my problem, Samuel suggested a to change the slope of my flat roof and add a gutter to eliminate water accumulating on top of my roof. None of the other roof companies I contacted recommended anything like this. They arrived in time with the job and completed it to my satisfaction.

Comment: We had a roof repair this summer, I waited until the raining season to write a review so that I can check their work. They did a great job, on time by promise and fixed all the issues. So far there is no leak. They added gutter cover on part of the roof and that part so far is great, no more leaf in the gutter to block the water darin. I am considering add cover to other part of the house too. Their price is in the middle of the quote I got, it is reasonable.

Comment: I have a wood shake roof in san jose that is 16 years old. Some of the shake had curled and I saw two tiny holes in the roof . I wanted to know if my roof needs maintenance or replacement. I called 4 roofer - 2 of them said its not worth fixing and gave me a quote of 18K to replace the roof. Pro-roof and another roofer said the roof is in good condition and just needs maintenance. I went with Pro-roof bcos Samuel was very responsive and his proposed maintenance was not destructive - he recommend sliding in new shake under curled up shake. The final bill was $400.A year later, after the recent heavy rain storm, I went up to the attic and see no leaks.

Comment: Pro Roofing is the best! They show up on time and their attention to detail is excellent. Samuel came twice to do estimates. We ended up throwing a few things out to save money which I really appreciated.Samuel and his crew are nice guys who are expert roofers and great to work with. I had to do some fascia repair after the main work was complete. This required Samuel to came back and do the remaining edge flashing and a torch patch. He came back right away to finish up, giving me time to prime and paint before the unexpected May rains we just had.Samuel has integrity and I totally trust him. Hes not out to do things that dont need to be done or overcharge you. Hes my roofer from now on!

Comment: I highly reccommend Pro Roofing. Samuel and his crew were very polite and professional. Samuel was very helpful in selecting shingle color and matching gutter replacement, I was concerned about the stucco removal and replacement along the base of the second story but his employee did an excellent repair, priming and painting. They were careful with my aged TV antenna and secured it to the chimney. Hopefully itll be many years before the roof again needs replacing but I would again use Samuel.

Comment: It was a small job with certain detailed requirements that had to match up with a sun room added to the back of my home covered in 10 mm, twin wall poly carbonate . Pro Roofing understood the requirements and was able to build in the requirements for proper rain drainage, and moisture integrity. The price , and workmanship resulted in my complete satisfaction, and has been successfully tested with the recent winter rains. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Roofing to all my friends and family. For an excellent price, and workmanship, you have to have Pro-Roofing.
