Comment: The whole process with Premo was enjoyable. They are professional and courteous throughout their organization. They installed a clay tile roof on my house and they were hands-on throughout the process. Proactively getting an engineer’s report, obtaining the permit, and flexibly working with my other remodeling contractor’s schedules. Their install team was on-time, friendly and professional—cleaning up at the end of each day before they left. The roof looks magnificent…I have received so many compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend Premo if you want excellent product quality and service at a reasonable, competitive price.

Comment: It was such a pleasant experience working with Premo Roofing from the initial visit and bid from Jeremy Premo and the entire team managed by foreman Francisco who kept me constantly updated and listened to my concerns and addressed them all.Fernando was the lead on the gutter/downspouts fabrication and installation. His team were efficient and thorough.The driveway & plants were covered during demo and swept and blown each evening, thus nothing was damaged or lost. The job site was always clean.Jeremy and the company dealt with the city permitting and inspection process.Of three bids they were the most easy to read in very succinct language and it was also the most reasonable.The roof and gutters are beautiful and the compliments pour in daily. I chose Certainteed Presidential TL lifetime asphalt shingle roof in Shadow Gray and Linen colored gutters /downspouts and it’s a handsome combination on my home.What a satisfying experience, working with them. Anyone choosing Premo Roofing will be in good hands.Linda

Comment: I have dealt with Premo twice, and both times they went above and beyond, voluntarily doing what we obviously needed. The workmen are friendly, smart, and considerate, and the work was scheduled and performed as soon as they got the necessary government paperwork. They did a fine job of covering my solar panel supports, which had caused a leak, with a plastic/rubber composition with a ten-year guarantee. Five stars for sure.

Comment: We interviewed about 5 companies, Premo was not the cheapest, and it was not the most expensive, but what made the difference, was that they were very responsive.They actually walked me around their building to show me the materials, flashing, various materials and I could see for my self, what it was going to look and feel like..They were the very thing we call professionally courteous, and worked the job into our schedule even when it meant they had to double up on workers.We were wonderfully in awe at the time they completed everything in, the quality of their work..Give them a call, you will not regret it.

Their work standards are the very highest and the crew that worked on my roof were all very conscientious about keeping things clean and out of my garden and yard while they roofed my home. In addition to my roof there was considerable copper work done with venting and other applications, their work was excellent. It has not rained yet and the test of the leak repair will be determined. The other repairs were conducted in a very professional competent manner. The initial estimator and work crew did their jobs in a very satisfactory manner and should I need roof services in the future, I will be contacting this company.

Called Premo to give an estimate, they came out the next day.Hard to pinpoint the exact reason but they had some idea. Within a week they came and fixed the leaked and stood by their estimate. They also made sure to clean up every day. We could see right away that their work is of highest quality; not only because of how they worked, but how our new roof is holding up. if it wasnt for them, we probably wouldnt have made it through the last winter, the rainiest weve seen in years. The crew were very polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. Jeff Premo is a hard-working, caring, and honest person with a heart of gold.
