Comment: My husband and I are very pleased with the overall experience we had with Premium Roof Service.Gaston did the roof inspection and he gave us a detailed description of work to be done. He answered all of our questions professionally, skillfully and unhurriedly, Gaston informed us that the front fascia is the only one that need to be replaced because the rest of the fascia are still good. But my husband wanted to have the fascia at the back to be replaced as well. Gaston was just thinking on how to lower our expenses.. it’s so considerate of him!Gaston & Jose had an open communication with us. They are both very nice, courteous and easy to talk to.Once the existing Shingles were removed, Jose was quick to let us know that there were extra woods to be replaced & how much it costs, for our approval.The job was started on time and was finished quickly..within two days.The whole crew were great. Their estimate wasnt the lowest of the 3 that I received but it was what I consider fair. From roof tear off day to completion was a total of 3 consecutive days which included roofing main house and 2 additional flat roofs (garage, fam rm). Gaston was very helpful in planning the job and getting us the needed paperwork; Maria in the office kept me in the loop during the job; the demolition crew came, tore off the old roof, cleaned up and left in under 2 hours which was amazing IMO; Christian and the crew from Premium were efficient, courteous and very fast. Comment: I highly recommend PREMIUM ROOF SERVICES, and it started at the very beginning with their residential Estimator Gaston Amaro. There are many roofing companies in the marketplace, and it is recommended to get several estimates to learn more about your roof’s current condition, and also to learn more about the prospective company you are going to partner with on this major project. Gaston took the time to break everything down, and was very open and honest about the current condition my roof was in. He made me aware there may be additional charges for wood damage as yet uncovered, and I understood when he showed me what he saw. I make this point because other companies did not even bring this up.PREMIUM ROOF SERVICES was not the least expensive bidder, nor were they the most expensive. Their price was fair, and I had confidence in their work based upon my initial conversations with Gaston. I was impressed as the project started with the demolition team, as they were in & out in a matter of hours, cleaning everything up before they left. The wood detail team did find some additional wood damage, and as this was something I was prepared for, they replaced it all very quickly and the additional costs were not excessive (note: the company did a great job with communicating and getting change-order approval). The roofing technicians came next, and they were amazing. The high level of craftsmanship was apparent, and the seams were flawless. They checked in with us each day, and communicated anything that needed to be addressed, right away. They cleaned up each day, and at the very end, our exterior looked cleaner than when they arrived! He did a fine job explaining where my problems were, how they were going to fix them, and followed up to make sure the job was done correctly. I needed my tiles removed, underlayment placed, and some new plywood installed. My roof looks immaculate and I am confident that it will last a lifetime. They also used a particular trimming at the base of the roof that gives it a real clean and sharp look. Of course this is optional, but I am glad I elected to do it!. Overall, I would definitely recommend using them if you have any sort of problem with your roof!

Comment: My roof needed some repairs to fix a leak. When they arrived to provide a quote, they were able to quickly identify what was causing the leak. They also identified several other concerns on my roof like broken tiles and improperly sized gaps between tiles to allow drainage. He even took pictures and emailed them so I wouldnt have to climb on the roof myself.
