Comment: Precision Roofing did a great job on my roof repair. They responded quickly to my phone call, set up a detailed roof inspection, and provided a very professional and thorough roof repair estimate using modern forms and emailed documents. They are licensed contractors and their license and Insurance is valid and available to see online with the State of California. They completed the repair in the timeframe and explained the repairs extremely well. Christian and his partner also provided pictures of the before and after of the repair on the roof to help me understand what was the problem and how it was repaired. They are friendly, reliable, and honest. I will refer them to neighbors and friends.

Comment: Christian is professional, reliable, and thorough. We had a complicated situation that required a lot of extra effort on his part. We ultimately decided not to go forward with our project for other reasons, but I still would not hesitate to recommend Christian and Precision Roofing. He has worked with many other homeowners in my neighborhood, and everyone I speak to raves about him. If I need roofing services in the future, I will absolutely call Christian. Highly recommend!

Comment: Very professional work ethics and fair pricing. After examining our roof, Christian explained in detail what needed to be done to repair our roof, including pictures and videos. Work was performed in timely manner. Upon completion, we were shown pictures and videos of the project and area was left clean. Very impressed with the work and would definitely refer them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Comment: I called Christian with Precision roofing due to a roof leak. Christian was very responsive and was able to come out promptly to look at my roof. Other companies were unable to come or did not call back. Christian was very professional on the phone and in person. Christian explained everything in detail and was thorough. Christian and his father were able to locate why my roof was leaking after another roofer was unable to. They were on time and worked hard. They even cleaned up very well after the job was complete, which I loved. While it hasnt rained to see if the leak is fixed (I think it will be), I still believe I made the right decision going with precision roofing. I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs roof work done.

Comment: My husband initially put up our patio roof 15 years ago. We noticed several leaks and knew we needed a professional to fix or replace it. Luis came and inspected the work, gave us low down on why the roof was leaking and provided an estimate that was so reasonable. Luis and Christian came and were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they put up with my husbands constant questions (very inquisitive), they helped him understand the areas that werent appropriately installed originally. The brought everything they needed, took away the stuff that had to be replaced, appropriately tarred the roof and guaranteed their work. I was so pleased with their work that when we have to replace the house roof, they will be the first ones I call. I highly recommend this company and am very grateful for the service they provided. Comment: The service provided by Precision Roofing was fantastic from start to finish! We needed to replace our two layer shingle roof since it was done without permits. After inspecting the roof, Christian sent over a very detailed initial Scope of Work so we know what work needs to be done.There was constant communication throughout the entire project. At the end of the day, Christian would give us a report on what was done that day and what else needs to be done. He also showed us progress pictures and videos during the installation process. They also cleaned up around the house every day.My girlfriend and I are really happy with the new roof! They upgraded our old wind turbines to static vents which made the roof look so much better. We would definitely hire them again for our roofing needs!

Comment: BOOK WITH THEM ASAP!!! Precision Roofing is by far the greatest roofing company I have ever dealt with. I am very picky with who I allow to do work on my home and other properties. Luckily, after searching high and low for the right people I came across this outstanding company! Christian was very informative with his inspection and provided the best game plan for my situation. Overall the service from start to finish was outstanding. If I ever needed to reach out to them they were easily a phone call or email away. I will continue to hire them for more projects. Comment: Precision Roofing is an excellent company to work with. They are quick to reply to you, clear and concise in their assessment and, above all, honest and perform quality work. I had a few tiles come loose from the edge of my roofline and Christian was quick in replying to me, performed an inspection at the time that was agreed to, and provided a quote as committed. I shopped around and some other companies dont even bother inspecting your situation, they just have a standard price that is astronomical and it can only go up from there. Precision provided a timely quote, were able to schedule the work earlier than anticipated and were very competitive in their price. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
