Comment: Steve and his team are incredibly responsive, thorough, and communicative. These gentlemen are the master of their craft, and we feel very lucky finding Steve to help us with our urgent roof repair needs.In late March, after noticing water stain on the ceiling, we hastily contracted a large franchise to identify and remediate the leak. Their representative found an erosion around vent base and advised that being whats needed to be done. Then it comes another rainy day, we went up to the attic and noticed water continues to intrude through the roof and the franchise at this point was hard to reach.We decided to seek a second opinion and through referral of our GC, Steve and his team came to rescue within 24 hours of notice. He was courteous and professional - a super skilled and hands-on owner. Steve went up to our roof and inspect around the attic, and quickly identified the root cause and proposed remediation (and the quote was super reasonable!). The next day he returned w the whole crew and worked all day to get the job done before the next rain starts. Our roof is as good as new, and no issue since!We always have tremendous respect and appreciation for local business owners who takes pride and ownership of their work, and take great care of their customers. Steve and his team are such business and we would happy recommend them to all our friends and neighbors! Thank you again Steve and team! We appreciate you!

Comment: I got 15 quotes to replace our 40 year old cement tile roof with asphalt composite shingles. The original roof did not have any plywood under it, so this was a more expensive project than most. Performance Roofing had the lowest cost bid, is local to me in Napa (turns out the owners live just a couple blocks from us!), and was among the lowest pressure sales contacts I had. Everyone I spoke with at the company was easy to deal with and understand. They sent me a contract, which I was able to easily sign electronically. The office provided useful and detailed information about which shingles would be available and prices, reasons for one brand or another, and good options (I went with Certainteed Landmark shingles). They brought over big sample sheets which helped us pick a better than expected color shingle.They said they could start between two and four weeks after I sign the contract, depending on the weather, sure enough just 15 days later I got a message theyd arrive later that day with a huge dumpster (to take away the old roof) and a respectful, quick working crew. Turned out there was a misunderstanding about needing to add plywood but they resolved that fairly and were still among the lowest cost bids we got.The cleanup from a project like this is never perfect but they came back to pick up some stray debris and nails and met my expectations there. The work was fast as could be and the result is outstanding, the roof looks great.Ive already recommended them to neighbors and friends as many folks in Browns Valley have 40 year old tiles roofs like ours that need replacement soon. Give them a call before it starts raining again, youll get a great price and quickly have a new roof. Steven was the on-site crew leader and he was outstanding.

Comment: Performance Roofing did everything they said they would plus more when the job took a turn from the expected. They also did a better cleanup than any previous contractor ever did (weve been home owners for over 40 years) I would highly recommend their work and work ethic to anyone, no reservations period.

Comment: Recently I had work done by Performance Roofing and am very satisfied with how the work was done. Steve clearly knows what he is doing. He explained what needed to be done (he took pictures to show me) and promptly answered my follow-up questions. He and his brother showed up on time each day. Working efficiently they finished a professional job one day ahead of schedule. My house is on a hill and I was impressed with their ability to haul the materials down to the house and take all the old shingles away. The clean up was meticulous.

Comment: This was the second time we used Performance Roofing, with extreme satisfaction. Both times they fit us into their busy schedule and come out the next day. Wow who does that? Arrived on time for the appointment and went right to work. I had a couple of small leaks, some shingle damage and nails coming up. Steve and his assistant inspected the entire roof to make sure nothing else was wrong. After reviewing with me what needed to be done they quickly and efficiently went to work and completed the task. We spoke about some gutter work for the future which Steve seemed to have extensive knowledge of. They answer the phone, how refreshing. From your first contact to your completed repair, you will be over satisfied that you called them for your roofing needs.
