Comment: We hired the Page Roofing team to replace our flat tar and aggregate roof with TPO on our 88 year old home. Just before Thanksgiving 2022 and the great storms to follow (and continuing as I write this). The rain has put this roof through the shake-down test and I have to say we are very pleased with the results thus far. Over all it was an excellent experience and I would happily recommend this company for residential and commercial work.Excellent demo crew, super clean, respectful, no damage done to the surrounding yard. They removed 90+ year old tiles from the front/side roof and managed to preserve the majority for re-installation which kept the charm of the house intact. The crew was kept us in the loop during the entire process identifying areas of concern, fixes that would need to be done and was able to work around/assist our electrician who was re-wiring a section of the house while we had the roof off.Why not 5 stars? I assume this is a problem with most roofing companies were likely to encounter but communication was a bit tough in terms of timing. Also your mileage may vary but if doing a roof with TPO and you plan on living in the structure during the process, be aware that adhesive/solvent fumes might force you to go find a hotel or AirBnb for a few days. I wish that was made more clear to us during application because it definitely sent us out of the house and right before the Thanksgiving holiday!Other than that we really cannot complain. That roof got a SEVERE amount of rain in the last month and it is doing great! Thats the most important thing.

I meet up with Page roofing and gave us a quick estimate and when they got everything exposed they sent pictures and revised estimate of work that clearly had to be addressed. With working with lots of vendors its very easy to end up in a very bad situation when other things come up. With them they showed me and did more work then anticipated for a very reasonable price. Was a great experience from start to finish and we now have several bids from them to tackle very big projects. Great company and highly recommend working with them if you have a project.

The first job was a rehab at our Carwash in Morro Bay which consisted of removing and replacing all vertical metal siding and trim on the building with colored panels. The crew did an excellent job although it was out of their normal wheelhouse of work.The second job consisted of replacing an asphalt shingle roof under a house deck in Cayucos. The crew removed old shingles, installed new OSB base boarding where needed, sealed and installed new shingles and a new gutter system. The end result is a beautiful new roof with a great warranty, both on Page Roofings labor, and the manufacturers materials. From the beginning, Jason went out of his way to be helpful. When I was still getting quotes, he took the time to have a lengthy phone call with me to explain our options, and the pros/cons of each. Everyone was very kind to us, and Moises was great at explaining how the project was moving along throughout the week. They did a great job and we love our Da Vinci roof.Fast forward to today... we are in Cambria and have had more than 12 inches of rain in a 24 hour period. we noticed there was a roof leak so I reached out and the next day - while still pouring rain - a Page crew shows up to find out whats going on. Turns out it wasnt the roofing at all but a seam at a dormer (old house) that was causing the problem.In summary, it was very impressive of Page Roofing to react so quickly in such horrible conditions. They had a great response time in providing a quote and were priced very fair. Unfortunately, they discovered that the plywood had to be repaired for the entire roof (not surprising with how bad of shape the roof was in) but Jason priced that extremely reasonably for me as well, which was such a relief. They also sent me photos of the process each step of the way! At one point during the install I saw five to six members of his team on my roof, each of them focusing intently on their individual tasks, never once standing around. Im sure thats one of the reasons they got it installed so quickly and why the final outcome was so great. Their fast pace also made it less of a nuisance for my tenants. Once we accepted their proposal, the work was completed in just a few more days. This was especially impressive since the work was done during the 2019 rainy winter season, when the were undoubtedly very busy. Because the rains resumed within a few days of the work being done, we were able to confirm that their work was successful. They also let the site completely clean when they left. Comment: Page Roofing did a great job removing the old roofing, repairing several damaged areas as well as replacing some badly worn fascia, then installing a new GAF roofing system. Along with this they coordinated with the solar installer so the end product was very professionally completed and looks very good.
