Comment: Had my wood shingle roof replaced in 2022 by Pacific Roofing. Alan was amazing to work with and the roofers were great. Efficient, got done on time, cleaned up everything in the yard. The new roof looked amazing when done. I actually sold my house not long after this, and the roof was a big selling point.

Comment: We had a roof leak and wanted a repair only. We called other roof companies, but Marc with Pacific Roofing was the best. He spent time locating the problem, something no one else could do. Gave us a great price with a date to do the repair. They came out and repaired the leak, the guys were great . Marc came on the morning of the job and made sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. It rained a week later and no more water coming into our home. We will always recommend Pacific Roofing. This is a honest company and Marc is a really good man to work with. He takes pride in his work.

Comment: We are totally pleased with the wonderful service from Pacific Roofing Systems. We saw the company was doing a job down the street so we asked for an estimate for a new roof for our home. We were impressed right off the bat. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. A promise made was a promise kept. We were kept informed every step of the way how our progress was going and what to expect next. All communications were swiftly answered, whether via phone, text, or email. The crews were terrific. All were polite and congenial and obviously knew their craft, as well as taking pride in their workmanship. And each day upon leaving there was not a speck of debris left lying about. It is clear that Alan carefully plans out the work, sending the appropriate number of workers for each phase of the job. We just could not be happier. We love our new roof.

Comment: Friendly, responsive and punctual. Replaced skylights with Velux brand and the work appears to be of good quality, although I had to remind them to finish the placement of the retaining screws and the sealing of these items. They also applied a coat of silicone roofing material and this appears to have been very well done. Quite expensive compared to others but overall, good value for money.

Comment: We asked for their help after finding out that our roof was leaking. I am so glad we called Pacific Roofing System. Alan came with a drone to inspect our roof and diagnosed the problem. There was a little delay in communication but once things started rolling, everything went smoothly. Alan and his team not only replaced our tiles but also checked other areas to ensure chimney caps and flashing were also ok. Overall, I feel reassured and happy to have worked with them.

Comment: I had Pacific Roofing Systems complete a rain gutter project on my house that left me not only pleased, but ready to refer them. Why? because I contacted a number of other companies to receive bids on the project, and about half said call us back in three months, and the others said we dont do only rain gutters. Pacific Roofing Systems never hesitated, and they did everything they said they would do. This is a professional company that is run like a professional company. Just the way it should be. Comment: Pacific Roofing Systems deserves more than 5 stars. Alan is professional and truly takes pride in his job. We were even able to get our roof repair covered by our Homeowners Insurance due to a letter Alan wrote for us. Alan provides a detailed scope of work and delivers an awesome end product. We had 2 other bids but we decided to go with Alan due to his in depth knowledge of roofing and we are so glad we did.We have a low pitch roof which most roofers dont even want to touch but Alan knew exactly how to repair our leak and he did it with up to date materials.Alan demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and character. Comment: I love this roofing company. We were worried about large rain in the forecast and this team came out within 24 hours and replaced dozens of cracked ceramic tiles on our Spanish tile roof. They also saw several other small areas that needed to be sealed. They take pride in their work and they are fast, clean, and well priced. I will definitely call them for future roofing needs.

Comment: I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about the excellent customer service and workmanship I received from Pacific Roofing Systems.I had a roofer come out from another company. I was in a tough spot. My house was in escrow and I needed a few repairs done right away. I also needed a written certification, that the work was completed, and that the roof still had quite a bit of life left. Well, the “other” roofer gave me high quote, and a promise of proper certification. He did some work, took my money, and did not provide certification.I reached out to Pacific Roofing Systems. I spoke with Alan Stovesand, and he could not have been more helpful! I explained my situation in detail. I just needed the work done and the certification. Alan completely understood and was extremely empathetic with what I had experienced. I asked when he could complete the work and the cost for what I needed done.Alan told me he could have someone out in 2 days. Now… not only did Alan have someone come out the NEXT day, he would not accept a penny from me!In a time where we don’t seem to receive even a respectable amount of quality customer service, Alan went above and beyond what would be hoped for! Comment: After moving into a new home in November 2016, my family experienced roof leaks in two areas. I called multiple roofers to get estimates and felt like each time one came out they gave me a different explanation of the problem and sky high estimates. Believe it or not, not one of them even went on the roof to see what was happening. When Alan from Pacific Roofing came out, he went on the roof to SEE what was happening. He took pictures with his iPad and explained to me my options. He actually came up with a solution that would both fix the problem and be far less expensive than what others had suggested. Alan was honest, transparent and very professional. When Pacific Roofing completed the work, they actually took less time and resources than expected and my final price was less than estimated!...most importantly, no more leaks!!! I would definitely recommend working with Alan and Pacific Roofing.
