Comment: Oak Hills Roofing not only provided a small leak repair near wood stove chimney (this was the original request for service), but they also eliminated a previous leak by removing debris and repairing a section in one of the roof valleys (not part of the original request for service). I really appreciate the thorough repair, additional service and senior discount!

Comment: Oak Hills Roofing presented us with a competitive bid and a clear explanation of their work and materials from the moment Val sent us their proposal. We had considered another contractor but decided to hire them instead for the professionalism and warmth of the people involved from the start: Michelle at the reception, Terry for the estimation, and Monica throughout the whole process of reassuring us of the best scheduling. The crew that worked here did a superb job replacing our old roof with a beautiful, high quality new one for the entire house. We have a relatively large roof surface (40 squares) yet the work was completed in just 3 days because the crew worked diligently from early morning to dusk. Then there was a follow up walk-through and inspection (my husband went up to the roof, not me :-) and clean up by the crew for a few hours in the 4th day. As part of the outstanding work, and under the direction of their wonderful manager Francisco, the crews’ workmanship exceeded our expectations in that they fixed things we didn’t even know needed to be fixed, such as, for example, resetting the gutters so that water would run off better after rain or melting snow. When an old roof is torn out, it is possible to find problems not visible and, therefore, not accounted for in the original proposal, especially for older houses like ours which was built in 1962. A partial second layer of shingles was discovered and torn out but without extra charge due to the courteous and generous relationship we so enjoyed with this company. I wish we had more roofs for them to work on but since we don’t I want to help promote their business. If you are thinking about getting your roof done: hire them. Trust them. They guarantee their work; not just on paper but in person too. Because they are that good, there might be a bit of a wait but know that it is worth waiting. Good things in life usually are.

Comment: Oak Hills Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my 1962 A-frame roof. This roof will be the main thing people see on the exterior of my house for at least the next 50 years so it was really important to me. The project was challenging due to the size and slope of the roof but they were patient and professional the entire time, taking the time to clean up at the end of each day and leaving the yard in good condition. I got three bids from different companies and Oak Hills was the only company that gave me a fair price while listening to my concerns and needs. They were honest and straightforward in everything they did and I was impressed with the materials they purchased- even with the roofing insulation, it was the highest quality. And their attention to detail left my house looking like new! Very happy customer.

Comment: We are so pleased with our reroof! Tiko and crew did an outstanding job! They were on time and completed the teardown and reroof quickly and professionally. With a tear-off there is a tremendous amount of debris, including nails on the ground. The Crew did a very good job of cleaning up at the end of each day! Thank you Terry, Tiko, Michelle, and crew! I would highly recommend them to all.

Comment: Honest and reliable. They have done multiple roof inspections for us over the years. When it did come time to replace our 30 year old roof they provided us with a fair quote. They kept in touch with us after contract was signed. When they started the job it took just two days to remove old roof and install new one. Very fast and professional!

Comment: I had a small leak after a storm and called to see if they could come out. They were able to get out the next day. I was going to go through my home warranty for the repair, but Terry was able to get it fixed at a third of the price of my deductible. He was very friendly and even gave me more information about my roof as I just bought the house a couple months ago. I would definitely use Oak Hills Roofing again!
