Comment: Before I write my reviews, I will tell you one thing: If you see a leak, even a tiny one, call a roofer in your area. It will not go away, and in my case it just got bigger.I called NR when the leak resulted with damage to our insulation and to the walls. I should have called before.Juan and Ramon made the repair and dried everything. They were really nice and made things look so easy. Thank you so much for that.

Comment: Work done on our roof was professional and affordable. They did what I asked, they clean everything after, and I barely felt they were working on the roof.I also liked that they brought things back to the way they were and painted the parts they worked on although we did not agree about it when we signed the contract. No small pennies games.Will call NR Roofing again.

Comment: When you find a new leak every other rain storm, you better stop and consider a new roof. Actually that is what Reuben recommended to do the first time he came to my house, but I didnt listen. At the end I had to listen as I was pouring money :)New roof was done quickly and professionally. No trace of re roofing done. Only the newest shining roof in the block.

Comment: 5 stars communications and kept me in the loop the whole time. I was out of the state and one of the tenants called hysterical about a leak. Got NR Roofing to come and provide emergency repair to stop the leak. All is done within 4 hours from the call.Paid what I was quoted and got photos of before and after.,Tenant is happy, so I am happy.Saved NR info and will call again.

Comment: The last rain made it clear to me that I am going to need a new roof. The leaks just came from all over and I knew that this time I will need to invest. But at the same time i knew that new roof is a huge investment and it is better to get the right company for it.Asked few people who they recommend, 3 out of 4 answered: NR Roofing. That was enough for me. Scheduled inspection, the same day paid deposit and signed a contract.My new roof is simply amazing. No more leaks, and everybody think that I have changed the entire house.

Comment: We gave NR Roofing a call once it started raining and later realizing we had a very small leak in my child bedroom. One of their technician showed up and gave us a quick estimate and told us he could take care of it on the spot. It was a fair price and I thought what the heck, why not? I did want my daughter to be affected by it in any way. Long story short, he lived up to his world and fixed the leak in record time. And I feel better knowing it was taken care of.

Comment: Like many I hoped for some repairs done on my roof, and ended with replacing (parts of) the roof. But I got such a good deal that it cost me as if I would only repair the leaking sections.Second best thing is time to do the work. Met with their estimator on Friday, got them to start the work Monday, just before the rain arrived to The Bay Area. Job was clean, job was smooth, sealing were made by an experts who specialize in final sealing.TMI? Just give NR Roofing CA a call!

Comment: The best part about him is there availability. I need the roof repair ASAP and it was an emergency. I asked how soon they can get to work and they told me they might be able to start tomorrow but they will give me the answer later that day. I respect that. Next to me Ruben cold customer and asked him if it’s OK that he will start the work on his roof two days later since there is a customer we need an emergency repair (I am that customer). That her customer was cool with it and okayed.Next morning team of three roofers were working on my roof they did the first job and returned the next day to complete it. They cleaned everything once it was done and all I can say is that I am recommending and a roofing that I just can’t thank you enough.

Comment: Before I used NR Roofing CA I had a contrast with a different roofer. But he was a week late delivering the shingles. Kept telling me that the supplier did not get them.When I saw the weather forecast implying that a rain is coming I couldnt wait anymore. I called NR and met with Reuben later that day. He told me he can get the shingles I wanted and start the job the next day. I was shocked. I called the previous roofer and told him that. I must say he was cool with it and told me that if they can get the shingles I should go with them. So I did. Got the job done and was ready for the rain.I want to thank Reuben and the team of roofers for the great job.

Comment: I am not surprised by the review here. I am adding mine now. This is 5 stars establishment. You want them to work on your roof. For me they replaced 1/2 of the roof and all the gutters. Working like experts.They were the last to give estimate, they were not the cheapest one we got, but I did go with them. Why? Customers service. Took all my calls. Replied to emails. And did everything on time. From start to finish - 5 stars.PS - Reuben, you are the man!!

Comment: Very pleased with the job Reuben from NR Roofing CA did. We had a new roof put on. We got other quotes, but found NR Roofing CA to be the most reasonable (not the lowest, but you should see the reviews the lowest guys have…). They did the job in 2 days, and when they were done they left no traces of any roofing work done. Great clean up. Very responsive to a cosmetic issue we noticed after some flashing needed to be hammered down. They sent a specialist out immediately to fix it. I do recommend NR Roofing CA and Reuben to anyone who needs a new roof.

Ruben from NR was clear with his answer: Since we are super busy, if you give me time I will give you an amazing price. It was no emergency so I was OK with waiting. 3 weeks later I got a call from Ruben: We will do the work this week. Next morning had team working on the roof. 3 days and the roof replaced. Best contractor you will find in San Jose.

Comment: I called NR Roofing CA and Rob came out for my estimate. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Rob explained things and answered my questions well. Even when I mentioned what the other company mentioned and had to charge extra for he reassured me that that was incorrect and not a problem I had. Being a single parent out here is hard, especially when dealing with things that I cannot do myself, and sometimes its hard not getting taken advantage of, but this company was amazing! They were right on time with everything as promised, delivery of materials, right on time, and install was a day earlier!! They found so many issues with my roof, but took care of me the whole way through. If I had any questions or concerns I texted Rob. He was great! I know Im an extreme worrier, but he handled me very nicely and professional! Id definitely recommend NR Roofing CA. The roofers were very nice as well, and of course Rob was amazing with any and all questions I had!

Comment: Finally got the gutters fixed. I have been ignoring them for years and finally got NR taking care of them. Some repaired some parts replaced. But at the end of the day the system is back safer and nicer. Not sure why I waited that long. My advice to you: Do not wait too long.

Comment: They are AMAZING people. I was in Greece and my tenant called to tell me there is a leak. What can I do? Asked my brother if he know a roofer and he immediately replied: Ruben from NR Roofing is your guy. Ruben is not just your local expert, he also great communicator and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Sent photos and videos and answered all questions. When the team completed the roof replacement, they cleaned it all and left no trace of any work done here. AMAZING!!

Comment: After heavy rain we noticed leaks in both our garage and living room. Contacted a few companies in Cupertinio area and NR Roofing CA Inc was the most responsive so had them come check out the issue. Rob gave a full inspection, showed and explained all the issues to me, gave me a full education on what was going on at no charge. Due to the style of my roof Rob referred me to another company which I appreciated. I was told I needed a new roof and after they came out they showed me why I didnt and secured some shingles and added metal flashing to help the water run better. Comment: We started with half roof. I wanted to see what I am getting. When the job was done I looked at the new half roof and immediately signed the contract for the second half. This is how professional they are and this is how good the new roof is. Of course that the second half was also done quickly and in a professional way. Now my home is nicer and dryer.
