Comment: I called this business in the middle of a rain storm hoping to get an appointment to clean and repair my gutters. I was afraid my gutters would not be repairable and would have to be replaced. Not only did they clean and repair my gutters, they came THAT DAY! In the pouring rain! Comment: I had Joel and his team do an entire reroof on my familys home with 50 year shingles. I was nervous to say the least with having my whole roof torn off and redone and having it done right, but from the moment Joel and his guys showed up I knew they were the right professionals for the job. They took about a week to finish but they did it all from painting, replacing all vents, and the roof itself. I even had one of his guys mention my power line needed to be checked by PG&E and it ended up getting completely replaced from house to pole. The finished project was better than expected and I was told if anything was wrong they would be right out to fix it, which they did small minor touch ups that they happily came out and handled for me. I passed the building inspection with flying colors and nothing but compliments. If your looking for professional roofers who take pride in their work and provide true craftsmanship, look no further than Northern Counties Roofing Systems.

Comment: We selected Northern Counties Roofing Systems to replace our roof and gutters. The crew were respectful of our home, cleaned debris daily before they left, friendly and professional. I contacted four roofing companies for quotes and chose Northern Counties Roofing Systems. They use the roofing materials (CertainTeed) I had investigated and decided on and their quote included gutter replacement. The other roofing companies treated the gutters as an afterthought and said we would need to call in a gutter company to give us a quote. Northern Counties quote was all inclusive, they work in conjunction with a gutter company (who were also very friendly and professional) eliminating one more step (for me) in the whole process. We just had our first big rain here in Redding and actually waited to write this review to be sure that it was an honest representation not only in value but also in workmanship. The roof and gutters are working beautifully and we are delighted with our purchase.

Comment: Really impressed with these guys, and the job they did! They were cool, calm, professional and tidy. Our neighbors had jobs done by other companies (we all got hail damage) and there was music blaring, in addition to the regular noise of installing a roof. Im not against playing music while youre working, it helps get the job done. The difference was Northern Counties crews had their personal music devices, and we felt this was very considerate to our neighbors and a nice touch. Every day the job site was spotless, and the finished roof looks excellent! Joel was great to work with, start to finish. Couldnt be happier. We give our very high recommendation and praise to Northern Counties Roofing Systems.

Comment: This crew did a great job on a difficult roof system 10/12 pitch with various valleys and ridges. They installed a 50 year roof CertainTeed presidential shingle which takes more effort and skill. I walked the roof at different times and inspected the workmanship and was quite satisficed. excellent daily cleanup. When a gutter was damaged Joel had it replaced the next day. Joel had a safe operation and used safety lines and harnesses to protect his personnel from falls. Good communications and easy to work with the end result was a very attractive roof .Justin Kerwick

Comment: Oh my gosh! I am SO thrilled with the work Northern Counties did on our house. Joel came out to give us a bid and it was the best price we could have hoped for considering all we needed done. Our house is pretty big and two story. His team came when they said they were coming; worked all day; and cleaned up EVERYWHERE at the end of each day. I was blown away. The team were respectful of our neighborhood and our household. Many of our neighbors asked for their number which we quickly and happily gave. Our area was hit with hail damage and I had watched other roofers the weeks prior as they did not have the same regard for our home and leaving it presentable daily. I posted quite a few times Northern Counties progress on Facebook, resulting on many more friends asking for their number. They far exceeded our expectations.
