Comment: From the beginning of the project to the last nail, Andy Adams handled the project professionally and kept it on time. All the work team were excellent and Leo, who was the head of the roofers, was also helpful and considerate. There was some dry rot which they repaired to our satisfaction. They cleaned up when the job was finished, with just a few nails left behind. I recommend them with five stars. Thanks, guys. Its a lovely roof.

Comment: I needed a major roof repair after the heavy winter rains (due to leaks).I mainly dealt with Andy Adams as the person primarily responsible for doing the repair estimate and preparing the contract. I found him to be excellent to work with: on time for meetings with me, very knowledgeable, and willing to patiently answer all my questions.All the people at the company were very busy in spring and summer dealing with the extraordinary number of homes with roof damage so the whole repair process took longer than I would have liked. However I understood that they could not get to work on my project as quickly as desired due to the large number of competing projects they were dealing with.All the items I wanted done were done to my satisfaction.I recommend Northern California Roofing highly.

Comment: I am happy with the results of our reroofing job. We got the CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles in Country Grey and love the look. The installers were fast and professional. I think from start to finish it took maybe 4 to 5 days. I was surprised at the speed considering we had heavy concrete tile roof. Over the years we were growing more frustrated with the leaks of our old roof and continual repair every 2 to 5 years. Northern California Roofing wasnt the cheapest estimate we got. But we chose them based on the professionalism of Charlie and theyre reputation for quality work. We are happy with the final product and continue to admire our new roof whenever we look up.

Comment: Had Northern California Roofing Company remove old roof, and check for leaks, which were very apparent. Quote was professional and covered all possible issues, which would not be known until old roofing material was removed.Found and repaired bad wood, installed new roofing material, and rain gutters. Actual cost came in only $150.00 over initial quote, after repairing the bad wood on the roof and patio.Job was completed in May, 2022. Wanted to wait until some storms came through to get a better idea of the quality of the work. So after the many, many atmospheric rivers of 2023, the roof is doing its job phenomenally. I could not ask for a better outcome from the torrential rains and high winds.All the individuals I was in contact with were professional, courteous, and overall pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any roof repairs. Great job at a reasonable price. Cannot go wrong with them.

I live in Martinez, CAI apologize that this review being so long, but Andy and Northern California Roofing did a great job - this is a 1-year review after installation.Andy worked with my wife and I to decide the color, texture, ventilation and gutters of our roof. Andy, with his polite and professional personality, gave us not only a great roof, but actually a roof System.Andy also worked with our solar installer to coordinate the roof/solar installation and it was done seamlessly. All the trades worked together without any issues or delays.I had a punch-list/questions after the work was completed and Andy had his crew come out to take care of all of our concerns immediately. The crew discussed/corrected all of my concerns and even did extra detail work that I didnt think was a big deal. I was impressed with their regard to high quality workmanship and pride in what they build.I had 3-4 quotes for my project. All the contractors were competent, and the price structure was within the same ballpark. But Andy was so polite and professional that I knew if there was an issue, he would work with me to make things right.But the primary factor was the quality of the materials Andy presented that exceeded the quality quoted by the other contactors.Its been a year now, and after all the rain weve had I went on the roof to clean the solar panels, check the gutters, and inspect the roof.The materials and workmanship of the shingle installation, utility venting covers, ridgeline vents and the gutters/down pipes are perfect.After a year, and the heavy rains, Im glad we went with Andy and Northern California Roofing.

Andy Adams was extremely helpful with the exterior renovation by coordinating the roofing colors with the paint, gutters and downspouts for a perfect architectural appearance. The Malarkey roofing products are superior in quality to all other competitors and the Malarkey Emerald Premium Warranty made it the best composite roof available. Northern California Roofing was flexible with my schedule, and everyone worked to make the experience timely and professional. We are enjoying the Anlin windows retrofitted by Golden Valley and the three sun tunnel skylights Aaron installed flawlessly in coordination with NCR. Note: REPAIR COST!!Northern’s service was professional and the service came available sooner than expected. It took a few days to do but we have a very steep roof. Their workers were on there when they said they would be, they had a good work ethic and they cleaned up very well after the job was done and the roof really looks great. Comment: NORTHERN CALIFORNIA ROOFING did a complete strip of our wood shingles, installed plywood sheeting and installed over 77 sqrs of CertainTeed Presidential Lifetime composite. These guys are the best. I reveived great service from sales to completion! I had an issue a few months later with a complex area minor leak over a patio and they were all over it to make sure it was right! Professional, courteous and clean.WARNING- Do NOT confuse these guys with NorCal Roofing, they are NOT the same company, they just use the similar good name of NORTHERN California to get business but are complete butchers! I have seen their shoddy work on my neighbors house. When I read Northerns reviews and saw some of the bad ones, Im convinced they were really mistaken and were rating NorCal on Northers site! Im pleases to have anyone contact me and see the jib they did here, it is pristine and Im happy to post this review for Northern California Roofing!Dave in Elk Grove, CA
