Comment: Bryan, the owner, is THE most professional roofing contractor in Kingman. For one thing, he can always be easily contacted, and his commitments are ironclad. Estimates are solid, information is clear about roofing product, and it is of the best quality available. The roofing personnel cleaned up after installation, they were efficient and completed with good timing. Gates were closed, and cleanup at the end of every day. Excellent contractor. Very pleased overall.

Comment: Alan is a true professional roofer. First, he showed up on time. Second, he fixed pipe leak on the roof with no charge. Third, he did a free analysis on the retire roof. If we decide to reroof in the future, then we definitely will consider his company.

Comment: Alan and an employee, showed up and evaluated the deficiency with the roof! In fact, they were both on the roof and that was how I knew they were here! To me that speaks of prompt service and dedication! I feel at New Horizons they exhibited the utmost professionalism and I would recommend them to my closest friends and even my family and neighbors! The service was that spot on! I am so pleased of the work they did, I will be calling them when this roof needs replacing! Thank you guys, from the bottom of my 💜❤️!

Comment: These are the guys you want. I was in a pinch schedule-wise and the job was not big, but needed to be done. One call, 18 hours later, my roof was finished. As an architect, I paid attention to what Alan and his helper did. First class. Professional. Code compliant. No trash. When the roof is redone in a couple years, I will make my schedule accommodate the roofer. Don’t call the rest …… just start with the best.

Comment: Alan and his team were so wonderful. My insurance sent me a cancellation notice due to roof repair needed. Alan was able to fit me in before my 1 month dead line.We had to replace half the roof the year before because of needing a new ac unit. Alan was able to work around the ac installers time frame.I work overnight, Alan also worked around my schedule so I could sleep during they day. I am so thankful for Alan. He saved me more than once. The team does great work. My roof looks fantastic. The drip edge is perfect. My old one was bent in too many place to count. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know.

Comment: Winds lifted the flashing around my vent pipe. Allen took the time to tuck it under one of the roof tiles so the wind wont lift it again. Very caring and polite to do this for me. Will not hesitate recommending New Horizons.

Comment: Had a really bad leak happen in our new home due to some bad shingles to where we had to completely demo half of the house, Alan came over and gave me an estimate right away. He was booked a couple weeks out but he understood the urgency of our situation and was able to come within a week and got the job done beautifully. Even had an issue with the HVAC system after they hooked it back up and he came out on a Saturday morning to get it fixed back up right away. Now I have a nice Beautiful new roof!!
