Comment: Calling Moctezuma Roofing was the best decision I made when I was having issues with my roof he had my roof tarp when I had leaks all through house during the storms in late December and after the rainy season he came back and help me deal with my insurance company and got me $10,000 and help me proof to my insurance company that I had wind damage on my roof and when that was done we set up a date to get a new roof installed that also went smooth he had his crew show up and they knocked it out in 2 days his crew was very professional on time and organized and very clean I felt like Moctezuma Roofing was there from the beginning all way to the end through the process off first getting my roof tarp to prevent more damage then dealing with my insurance company and then installing my roof all went very smooth I couldn’t be any more happier with the end result of having this new beautiful roof

Comment: Jacob is a super nice guy, and runs a professional company. His team showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, and finished the whole job a day early. As a certified GAF installer, Jacob offers an excellent guarantee, and top quality products (and we got cool roof shingles installed). We are really happy we hired them.

Comment: Jacob has a passion for being the best and it shows. He quickly put together a competitive and detailed quote for a 3-layer modified bitumen torch-down (low-slope) roof for my 1955 house.Work started fast, with his crew beginning the tear-off within minutes of arrival. The roof and wood repairs look great.Highly recommended.

Comment: I cant say enough good things about Jacob and Moctezuma Roofing. Jacob and his team replaced my 30 year old concrete tile roof with new plywood and beautiful charcoal GAF shingle. I was impressed from start to finish. Jacob is dependable, punctual, and treated me with respect. He took the time to explain the different options, and also worked with numerous other contractors for installing a range hood vent exhaust through the roof and solar panels. I honestly couldnt be happier with the workmanship and overall experience. The only sad thing is that now that the roof is done we dont get to hang out with Jacob everyday. Thanks for everything!

Comment: I hired Moctezuma Roofing to re-roof my house. From day one they were responsive and answered all my questions clearly and timely. They provided a very fair quote for the roof and took care of everything independently. From scheduling to completion, I had nothing to worry about or get involved in. They took care of everything professionally and it went extremely smoothly. They started on day one on-time (when they said they would show up), and it was fun to see them work. They all worked as a team and were extremely efficient. So much so, they completed the entire roof in less than 3 full days! They cleaned up everything every day, and nothing was damaged or messed up. They also took care of the permits with no involvement from me. The roof looks amazing, and I am so glad to have hired such a great company to do it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to redo their roof or get repair work done. Great job!

Comment: Topline: Emmanuel is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and cares about his business and work quality. He took the time to carefully examine our larger property and provided various options without being pushy. They fixed our leaks same week and we plan to use them for our future roof repairs.We had two leaks on our roof under our living room. We wanted this fixed immediately before the winter and got several bids for the roof. Emmanuel was professional, polite and very responsive - he came to evaluate and checked out the roof next day and provided a very competitive quote. He made time for us the following week and his team of three guys got it fixed in just one day. They shared pictures of the progress and completed work as well. The roof passed the biggest test! No leaks during this winter 2022/Jan 2023 2 weeks of intense storms. Emmanuel even checked in to make sure everything was ok. Much appreciated.

Comment: We were impressed with Emmanuel from Moctezuma Roofing from the very start when he returned our call and set a date to come out and provide an estimate within a couple days. He provided us with photos of the condition of our roof along with the estimate. We vetted estimates from three contractors, but Moctezuma Roofing had the most competitive pricing and we felt Emmanuel was very knowledgeable. Throughout the process Emmanuel was very communicative. Moctezuma Roofing installed a new roof, replaced our gutters, added two attic fans, and repaired dry rot damage. The entire crew was very respectful of our space, did an amazing job of daily clean up. They were professional, and highly efficient. They finished our project two days ahead of schedule and provided photos at the end of the job. We highly recommend Moctezuma roofing.
