Comment: Having recently purchased an older duplex in Sacramento, the 3rd party inspector recommended a roof replacement which would have been very costly. Having already spent quite a bit of money, I almost backed out of the deal. But Tovyn from Loveland Roofing did an inspection and said he thought I could several more years out of the roof which saved the deal. The entire team at Loveland were the consummate professionals and I give them my highest recommendation.

The original statement that it would take 2-3 weeks to schedule a one day repair, the reality was that it took over 4 weeks before anyone contacted me to schedule. There seems to be some confusion within their office and I was left without any communication. Finally, the work was completed before escrow closed and all their work was accomplished.

We live on the Orchard Golf Course and were concerned about broken tiles since our roof catches a lot of golf balls. Don and I were so impressed with Tovyn’sprofessionalism and his friendly attitude. After walking our roof, he couldn’t find anything to repair. He showed us pictures of the roof and gutters and fully explained where the trouble spots would be. The inspector was prompt, thorough, and professional. The process of receiving the estimate was easy, efficient, and automated. The crew arrived on the scheduled dates for the repair work. The repair was completed on time that day. As they removed the damaged shingles to replace them, they discovered rotted wood, which they immediately informed me about, along with images showing the problem. Comment: I noted a number of areas of discoloration under the eves of my house = mold. Somewhat new to the area I had no idea who to call. Thanks to a neighbor, who is a realtor, he recommended Loveland Roofing. I called and had an inspection scheduled in 2-days. Tovyn came out, did a complete visual inspection and let me know that the roof ridge and rake were nailed wrong, allowing water to go through the shingle and soak the eve. He followed up with a complete inspection report (with pictures) and estimated cost.The inspection was free and the estimate was reasonable.I signed the contract and about a month later I received a call from Kimo. He informed be that Brian (from Loveland Roofing) would be doing the repairs.Brian called and let me know he was available to work on my roof the next day, if that fit into my schedule.He was at my door, the next morning, on time and ready to make repairs. .Repairs were done in 7-hours (and in 113* heat)!Both Tovyn and Brian were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and courteous.I would wholeheartedly recommend Loveland Roofing for your roofing needs!

Comment: The prospect of getting bids from roofing contractors was daunting. We’ve all had the experience of no call-back, or otherwise slippery, shifty, contractors. The experience with Loveland was different. They’re professional, easy to talk to and connect with. They answer the phone, or get right back to you. We received more service than expected from the beginning. They did a 50-point roof inspection and provided a report that said we could wait 1-5 years to replace the roof. The report was comprehensive with exhaustive photographs showing the condition of our roof. We wanted to proceed anyway (and not wait for leaks or dry-rot to develop). They provided an on-site presentation using props to detail their installation process, features and the products that would be used. They provided a competitive bid the same day with three options; least costly to more costly. All pricing seamed right, honest. We were impressed and hired them. We accepted the middle option of the three. The work is complete, they delivered as promised and our new roof looks great. This a family owned company, they pay attention to detail and communicate effectively. We highly value this and their honest way of doing business. Their estimator who visited, Andy, is a gem and he did a great job.

Comment: I noticed we developed a leak in our roof causing water to leak on the front porch and the door threshold. During so much rain Loveland Roofing was backlogged with customers waiting for service. After noticing the leak expanding to multiple areas I called Loveland Roofing and they had someone come out the same day to assess the problem and install a tarp over our roof to stop the rain from coming in the house. During this visit the problem was estimated and to our surprise additional problems were found. Our estimator gave us a couple of options along with pictures of what he found on the roof. I was very relieved that they were able to come quickly to complete my repairs so that I avoided further damage from the recent storms. So far so good, the repair appears to be holding up well, as I dont see any leaks in the house.The only issue I have with the quality of the repair is that quite a bit of debris was left in my gutters. Pieces of broken tile, nails and metal debris.
