From start to finish, lifetime roofing provided outstanding customer service and delivered everything as promised. Michael was my project manager and he did everything as he said he would. Comment: We had our shingle roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Renovations recently due to leakage on rainy days. We have three bidders for the job and the Lifetime was not the least expensive but the project manager Michael B was willing to be flexible and gave us a discount that matched another bidder who was recommended by our friends. The reason we chose Lifetime is because Michael is very responsive, courteous, and highly professional. He gave us a presentation that included a detailed account of the process and material involved. He was a roofer before and thats probably why hes so knowledgeable and confident about the control of the project timeline and being able to work around our budget.The shingle we chose was Corning which was considered a high-end product in the category. The warranty is for 50 years which gives us peace of mind if anything goes wrong. When the work started the process went quite smoothly and they monitored the weather conditions every day. After demolition, they covered the house when there was a forecast of rain. When the work was completed, I went up to walk through the entire roof and found it was a commendable job with every little detail being taken care of. We think Lifetime has done a good job on our roof and especially thank Michael for being friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mileage to take care of our mentality by providing a decent job.

Comment: I selected Lifetime Roofing & Renovation to replace a 30-year-old roof on my nearly 100-year-old Cape Cod style home this past July. This presented some extra challenges because of the multiple dormer windows, and the steeply pitched roof. Lifetime gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to start the project immediately. Project manager Dylan was very good at communicating with me throughout the project, and the attention to detail was very good. All of the site management was very good, with careful attention when cleaning up debris like old nails and staples and other items resulting from the project. I cannot comment about warranty response, because I have not had to use it and its unlikely that I ever will need to.

Comment: We feel very fortunate to have met Denio as our project manager for reroofing the house and barn. Our home is 135 yrs old and was a big project. The house has a quirky and complicated roof, but Denio always listened to our concerns and wanted to get it right for us. He showed his concern for us as people, rather than just another job to finish, even when things got tough and the job was delayed. Denio went above and beyond just installing a new roof and helped us to clean out 100+ years of animal refuse and old insulation. He fought to help us get the insulation installed above our kids rooms even though it was not easy. We are so happy that our kids can now be comfortable and safe in their rooms. Overall, we are very happy with the job and the final product looks great.

Comment: Very happy that I found Lifetime Roofing & Renovation after months of trying to get someone to come out and address leaks in the part of my house with a flat roof. The replacement was LONG overdue so I was thankful that they were able to get started right away.The project managers did an exceptional job of explaining what needed to be done, giving me options within my budget, and being proactive about additional damage that was found during the demo (which was expected considering the leaks).The crew was on time, did a great job of preparing both the inside and outside of the property to catch as much debris as possible and cleaned everything up at the end of the job which was completed on time.Ive worked with a lot of different people/companies in the last year to get the house back into good shape after some neglect and Lifetime is the only company I would call again. Cant say Im looking forward to doing more big-budget projects but at least I know Im in good hands with the folks at Lifetime.

Comment: Lifetime roofing & renovation just completed re-roofing and solar re-install in June 2023 for my place in contra costa county. The project managers assigned for my project, Jacob & George, was very knowledgeable and responsive to my and fiancés questions throughoutthe whole process.During the process after demo, there was a chance of rain in my area and the project managers made sure the roof was covered and protected (which I appreciated). From start to finish it took less than two weeks to complete everything. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Comment: I was in need of a roofing company immediately because I had gotten a letter from Farmers Insurance because they had said my roof was in bad shape and didnt want to maintain coverage on my home. I had found Lifetime through a Google Search. They had sent 2 supervisors to inspect my roof, Marco and Vito. They were very professional in explaining our options and the cost. The job took about 3 days but with a few delays because of weather. During that time I was in contact with Marco and he kept me in the the loop through out the whole process. I cant rave enough about the work that was done. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs!

We had two eucalyptus trees crash onto our roof requiring replacement of the roof, skylight, and interior repairs. Before calling Lifetime if received sketchy service from another roofing company and been ghosted by others. I worked with Brad on the contract and was immediately impressed by his genuine care and follow through. Then Denio was assigned as our PM. His customer service, communication, quality of work, and follow through have been outstanding. Many challenges/mysterious leaks had to be worked through and he took them on as a personal mission. Comment: I was very happy with the entire job that Lifetime did on my roof replacement. Greg Pag was my project manager and I could not ask for a better man for the job. Greg gave me the options for types of shingles worked with me on a quote and stuck to the price. Greg also kept me informed in every aspect of the project and I did not have to contact him, he contacted me. Being that my house was a historic property, this was no ordinary job and Greg kept contacting and persisting with the San Jose departments on my behalf. The end product is beautiful, my house never looked better. As for the quality of the roof? Well we have had more rain in the last month than almost ever recorded in northern California history and the roof functioned beautifully. She was extremely positive and told me that my needs would surely be met. She promised to call me back after she checked with her manager. Five minutes later Liz called back to say no problem regarding every element of my request. We then set up an appointment for a few days later to have a project manager come to our home and go over our requests in more detail and to assess the site.The project manager, Harry Belagian, came out soon thereafter. We hit it off immediately. He listened carefully to my questions and my requirements. He conveyed a confidence that was genuine and effective. We signed a contract the next day.
