Simon came to our house on time on the scheduled appointment with more information about all the kinds of materials and how they are applied. He helped us to decide which type of roof would be best for us and all the other things that you need for a new roof. Simon is very knowledgeable with all the aspects of every part of roofing. I felt very comfortable that Simon was so confident that we would get the roof we wanted. The crew he supervised did a wonderful job, very efficient and worked well as a team. The crew took the time to do an excellent job and the clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend LA Builders and Roofing Specialists.

If youre looking for an honest and reliable company who can help with any type or size job, then I highly recommend LA Builders & Roofing Specialists! My entire family has used them over time because they provide great service at affordable prices without sacrificing quality - just what everyone needs in this tough market place today (especially when it comes down right). They replaced our old shingle roofs while also fixing many distribution issues we had along their route which kept things running smoothly between ourselves as well as other contractors involved during construction phase too. Comment: I called LA Roofers for an estimate several months ago. They sent out Tom C. Out of all the folks who came to look at our roof, he was the most thorough and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it was our first time purchasing a new roof and we didn’t know what to expect.Tom gave us a price that was higher than the others, but he explained that the roof needed a lot of work. I made the mistake of going with another roofer who told me the whole project couldn’t cost more than several thousand dollars. As soon as we signed the contract and he bought materials, that roofer’s price almost doubled. It was still lower than most other estimates, so we moved forward with it.After the job was done, the city inspector said that we had to do further work in order to get the roof up to code. He mentioned the same points that Tom had told us about from the very beginning (sister joists). My roofer told me that he didn’t have X-ray vision and couldn’t have known of the issues we had with our roof before working on it–but Tom did.Long story short, Tom was right about what he told us and his price was cheaper overall. We hope to work with him on our two other roofing projects in the near future.

Comment: We recently had a huge leak from our roof .We called LA Builders & Roofing in less than 2 hours we had some one to come and inspect our roof for free !We ended up working with them price was reasonable and they did a great job !
