Comment: Just wanted to give a shout out to Tracy and his crew for the work they did on my roof. We needed a spot on our roof repaired and it was a significant repair that required some urgency. I called Tracy who was right in the middle of helping the customer with a plumbing issue (Yes, a roof guy helping a customer with a plumbing issue) which told me everything I needed to know about his character. Tracy was going above and beyond for this customer and showed me the same exact courtesy. He came out the following day and provided us with a quote going through everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done with no guesswork or worrying about the integrity of the company I was dealing with or the work that was being done. Tracys crew came out less than 3 days later. Did a complete tear off of the roof and got to work. Tracys crew noticed some imperfections on the other part of the roof that connected to the space that needed to be done and took care of that as well. The professionalism, quick action and quality work that Tracy and his crew did is unbelievable and nothing like Ive experienced in my life with a contractor. He guaranteed the work and said if they were any issues to get in contact with him. We had our first rain storm last week and everything held up without any issues at all.I would recommend Tracy and his crew a thousand times out of a thousand times. Customer service is huge for me as well as honesty and integrity and Tracy and his crew met all of those expectations and more. If youre looking for a stand up guy and a stand-up company to do your roof look no further than Kangaroof!! I will be spreading the word and will hire them to do any of my roofing needs in the future. Thanks again!!

Comment: The crew was very good. They kept the area clean and the manager did great at communicating with us on status and such for the job. Tracy was informative and helpful as well as great to chat with. The pricing quoted was very reasonable and I would recommend them to others and already have!
