Having done a number of remodels in our lifetimes, my wife and I were most impressed by not only the quality of the work, but also the cleanliness of the worksite, our home. Jody was extremely attentive to our needs for privacy and minimal noise. He worked swiftly and efficiently. I should also mention that the fee for his services was quite reasonable. We cannot say enough about this fine young man. He is an excellent roofing professional whom we would seek out for any future projects!

He is a perfectionist and went above and beyond with every detail. He also installed a 10 Velux Sun Tunnel Skylight with a solar night night, did some roof repair, fixed the rain gutters, and patched and painted some holes where the basketball hoop and satellite antenna where mounted.I without reservation will recommend his company to all my family and friends that are in need of a new roof.Peace -- Dave Matson

He only recommended things that I really needed. He also worked with the solar company to coordinate the installation to ensure the solar panels was as well as possible. In the end, the re-roof looked perfect and the wife was happy. I highly recommend!

He was very courteous, professional, highly skilled, and most importantly, he helped rescue my Mom from a disasterous situation.Before Jodi saved the day, another roofer had been hired to replace the asphault shingle roof on my Moms house. That contractor, completely destroyed her roof. Even after countless buckets of rainwater had poured through the ceiling, and dozens of shingles literally blew off the ridgeline, he still vehemently claimed there was nothing wrong with the roof. Jodi was very polite in pointing out everything wrong the other roofer did and did not do. Moreover he was forthcoming in giving us the hard news: that the brand new roof would all have to come off and be replaced, and he thoroughly explained all the reasons why.Jodi guided us through all our options and came up with the best solutions for my Moms situation and budget. He even went beyond the call of duty removing and replumbing a worn out solar water heater himself. What took the bad contractor months to destroy, Jodi beautifully rebuilt in less than 3 days.

From the estimate through closing out the project, this was the most painless contractor experience Ive ever had.We picked JBs Roofing for several reasons. JBs Roofing came highly recommended from the solar company. We checked out their reviews on several sites and everything looked great. So we called and Jody, the owner, came out to take measurements. He showed up on time and provided us with an estimate later that day. This alone was better performance than we were accustomed to from other contractors - on time and responsive - great!JBs Roofing communicated well with me and my wife throughout the entire project. Emails and phone calls were returned the same day with clear and intuitive responses. Jody was friendly, easy to talk to, and never condescending as some contractors can be. I found him to be authentic, easygoing, and really easy to work with.JBs Roofing provided a fair price and uses quality products. Plenty of color options and Jody was patient with us as we made our decision.This project occurred toward the end of rain season. Instead of delaying things when rain was in the forecast, JBs added extra guys to the job and just got it done.The guys cleaned up after each day. I know its a small detail but to me that speaks volumes about a contractor. A lot of guys have this written in their contracts but dont actually do it. JBs actually cleaned up after each day.JBs Roofing was very detail oriented. All the lines came out super straight, and the flashings and carpentry look really clean. His prices are amazing and you wont find a more hardworking individual that truly cares for his customers. He didnt have to come out on his day off, in the rain, but he did and that speaks volumes about him and his company. I will use him again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

A few days ago, Jody and his associate installed two tubular skylights for us. We are delighted with the quality of workmanship. The tubular skylights were not easy to install due to some wiring and location of beams etc. However Jody found innovative solutions to any problems and successfully installed the skylights at the proper spots.Before we gave the job to Jodys company, we had representatives from other companies come and give us the information about the type of material theyll be using and how much it would the job cost.
