Comment: Highly recommend JM Roofing. Mark, the owner, is very responsive, caring, and will do the job right the first time. The pricing was reasonable, the quality of the materials are top notch, and the roof and gutter work was done very well. I never, not once, felt like I was being talked down too nor did I feel like I was trying to be sold something I didnt need. Mark made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Overall, my family had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who need any roof or gutter work needed.

Comment: JM Roofing is a company I will refer anyone I know to. Mr. Herrera quoted the best price of 5 companies I looked at & guided me to the best roof material I could use for keeping it cool in summer & warm in winter. As they tore down the old roof for inspection, they found items that needed repair & air venting that needed to be added & a safety hazard that needed repair. Inspection was great because the inspector works with Mr. Herrera & his crew from years past & knows the company well that they are accountable for their work. In all, there are companies out there that just want to make quick, big money and take advantage of people. I did not feel that way with Mr. Herrera & is crew at JM Roofing. I felt they looked out for me, the customer, which is rare in this time of business & services anymore. And in comparison, the price was really great which included little unexpected extras they performed that I was not charged extra for. A 5 Star Company in my experience with them. Comment: JM Roofing was amazing! Mark & his guys are very professional! Started out with Mark helping me with my colors, he made his suggestions, brought me samples and really guided me in the right direction for choice of an investment that will last way over 25 years! I ended up getting the GAF HD Cool Roofing System and it is amazing colors and all! I live in Cameron Park it has been 100 degrees this summer and I have not had to turn on A/C on half the time as in the past as there is a HUGE difference in temperature in my home. Mark installed beautiful I think he called them Ohagen low profile vents and beautiful gutters and they are very nice looking! I have to say I have the best looking house/ roof on my street : ) The guys cleaned up every night before they left you could not even really tell they were in the middle of an instillation, thank you for that! JM Roofing was Fast, efficient, helpful and very respectful I 5 Stars by far! OH...Not only did they do my roof but a beautiful Pellet Stove was installed by them as well. This was also a flawless experience !AMAZING THANK YOU MARK AND THE CREW!!!! You Rock!

Comment: I cant shower enough praise on Mark Herrera and his team at JM Roofing. They are professional, talented, resourceful and creative.They work extremely hard and fast, are enthusiastic & friendly and the quality of their work is exceptional.I also liked the fact that Mark helped me with my choices, explained everything in detail and was very honest.They repaired dry rot and a leak, laid shingles and metal roofing and did all sorts of tasteful finishing touches to chimneys and vents - no detail was left unturned. And of course the gutters and downspouts that match the metal roof just top it all off.I had been burned on a previous roofing experience and Mark was able to coax me into trusting him to do a good job & he didnt let me down.You should have absolutely no hesitancy about hiring these guys, they are wonderful!

Comment: My husband and I would definitely recommend JM Roofing. Approximately 12 years ago we hired Mark to replace our roof and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. It looked great then and looks great now. Weve had no problems with the roof. Recently, we placed a call to Mark for gutters. Again, Mark and his crew did a beautiful job. What we appreciate most is how Mark is very conscientious. He doesnt just look at just the large part of the job but all the small details as well. We feel very lucky to have found him.

Comment: Completely satisfied with the work performed by this company. They showed up when they said they would be here and when they left at the end of the day the area around my home was clean.Mark even did just the back half of the house first so I could finish installing my solar before the end of the year to qualify for the 30 percent tax credit. He repaired all areas of dry rot for a very reasonable price.I thought it was going to be painful to have to write the check, but I was so happy with how my new roof looked, it was a pleasure to do business with them.If you need roof work, I would highly recommend J and M Roofing. Mark talks a big game, but he backs it up with craftsmanship.

Comment: In 2018, I had Mark and his crew from JM Roofing put a new roof on my home. He and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. At the time the roof was being put on, I had asked Mark about sun tunnels. He gave me some really helpful information and also referred me to a couple of websites. I checked out the websites and I was sold. I recently had Jim and his crew install (3) sun tunnels. Brian and James the installers, were fast and efficient. They did an OUTSTANDING job and I LOVE all the natural light that now shines in my home. JM Roofings work is TOP NOTCH!! Mark of JM Roofing managed the project from the quote, roof and gutter installation and final sign off of the permit.
