Comment: Water started leaking in my dining room the day before I was scheduled to show my house for an open house. Panicked I called a couple of roofers. The first recommended replacing one side of the roof. Seemed excessive for a small leak but it is always hard to determine where the water is coming from. Called Integrity and the arrived on time Jamin pulled out a ladder hopped on the roof and identified the source of the leak as a cracked tile. Jamin told me where I could find a replacement and came back the next day and replaced the damaged tile. I could not be happier with the level of service and honesty Jamin delivers. They do live up to the company name. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs. This was for a concrete tile roof.

Comment: I tried getting quotes from a few companies and what stood out about Integrity is they are just easy to work with. What took a couple text messages with Jamin was taking weeks of arrangements with other companies.Regarding prices ... The prices are good. They are not the cheapest but definitely good value and no surprises along the way.Regarding quality ... I happened to be home and could spend a few hours on the roof watching their crew to do their work and I can tell they did well. No shortcuts, everything was done as it should be. All my requests were addressed too.Overall, they would be my #1 recommended roofing company in the area.

Comment: Integrity Roofing Systems lives up to their name. They have high integrity and you can trust them with your repair work. We used them last year for a job. First of all they are honest, one of the area on the roof did not require repair, the area was difficult to reach and you have to remove the tiles to assess. So in their initial estimate, they included the cost of this repair but once they started working on it, they informed me that the roof was good in that part and reduced the price from their estimate accordingly. Second, their customer service and response time is best, for a follow up minor issue, I called them and they took care of it the very next day. Third, they are professional, customer centric, and you can count on their warranty. With all this atmospheric river and storms, it must be one of the busiest times of the year for them, even then they responded within 24 hours and honor the warranty of their repair work. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Comment: My wife and I received a recommendation for Integrity Roofing Systems from our future solar installers. We wanted to have our roof assessed to see if it would hold up to a solar installation prior to having it installed. Jamin Broom came out and gave us an honest and professional opinion of the life left in the roof. He gave us a price quote shortly after and we decided to hire Integrity Roofing. We found Jamin and his entire crew to be top notch in all areas from communication to quality and execution as well as follow up. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the service that we received and have nothing but high praise and thanks to Jamin and his entire crew.

Comment: I found my roof was leaking during the raining day. I contacted Integrity Roofing, after reading top rated reviews, and already had a quote from another company. The communication with Integrity Roofing was smooth, Jamin came quickly and inspected thoroughly, and found more roof damage than I am aware of. The quote was lower than the other company and reasonable. I felt it’s important to find a trustworthy company since you can’t go up to the roof to inspect everything. And I trusted them. Three workers and Jamin came promptly, completely the job well, Jamin inspected the work to ensure all work completed in satisfaction. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone who need roofing service.

Comment: When we do reviews on various businesses we start with the preliminary basic performance areas. This company checks all those, such as good value, reliability...etc. They came out to my home, provided a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. I was impressed with their response and ultimately their quality of work. I had a corner of my roof that needed repair and they completed the work in a short amount of time. I trust their work and the people running this company. One of the many companies on yelp that deserve 5 stars for all the right reasons, not just to be nice, but because they earned it.

Comment: I had a leak in our roof for a while now and the leak was prominent only during heavy rains. I had called in the house builder and they couldnt figure it out. Last month, during the atmospheric rains, the leak was pretty bad and I called in Integrity Roofing Systems. They came in for an inspection and determined the leak in a matter of minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair the problem. I signed up for repair and it was done in a matter of hours. Very professional and a clean job. I would highly recommend this team.

Comment: We couldnt have asked for a better roofing contractor when we replaced our Garage/Sewing Room roof in September. Jamin was so highly recommended by a neighbor, who is a retired contractor, that we didnt bother getting a second quote. His workmanship is quite evident on our neighbors roof right next door! Jamin and his crew were so wonderful to work with that we have decided to replace our home roof next Spring. Jamin is a true expert and uses only the highest quality materials. Comment: It was so AMAZING to work with Jamin (Owner) We contacted him for our roof inspection which needed some work done. I can’t really thank Jamin to come out so soon himself and inspect the entire roof of our house and show me the pictures. He was was detailed and honest right from the start of the first phone call. I can go on about how professional and before schedule he got the job done. His team was very helpful, clean and. Communicative.Jamin made sure to keep us posted every step of the job and assured all is well. He alsoDID A LOT OF EXTRA WORK LIKE TULES REPLACEMENT OF OVER 20 tiles ( also gave me extra tiles for future use at no cost) which was not committed in the job. Comment: I contracted Jamin from Integrity Roofing System a few months back as there was roof repair needed from wind damage. He was super responsive, extremely polite and did a fantastic job! Then just yesterday I thought there might some roof damage and I called him hoping he come urgently. He said hes coming right away, checked out everything and confirmed its not the roof (sent me a video as well of when he was up there). Didnt charge me a dime for this visit and was still so friendly and professional. I 100% recommend Integrity Roofing to anyone who wants great work at a reasonable price, with fantastic customer service. (Try to beat that :)

Comment: We wanted to get our roof inspected for solar installation. Jamin came, inspected and said no issues with the roof. Call me after 5 years. It may need some repairs then. Who says like that nowadays! Anyways, as solar panels go up for 25 years, we did get the underlayerment replaced for selected sections of the roof. Their quote was very fair as compared to 3 other quotes that we got. Guys showed up on time, very professional. In the process some tiles got their sides chipped. They could have just left them as such without us ever knowing about them, but they told us about it, took time to find similar tiles and sent a a guy to replace the chipped tiles after they were done. As our tiles are hard to find, they also got us some spare tiles just in case for future use. Very happy with their service.

From the tear off to the finished gutters there was a lot of attention to the details, cleanliness, and quality. These people were very professional .I know that my roof will last a very long time. Comment: I highly recommend Jamin and his crew. I contacted Jamin on a Sunday and could not believe when he responded in 10 minutes.He promptly came by to inspect the source of my roof leak. Even though he had a full work load he made time to repair my roof leak before an upcoming rain storm.Jamin and his crew were on time, quality work, left the job scene clean and a very fair price what more could you ask!
