Comment: We had a small leak in the roof during a period of heavy rainfall in January 2020. I called Innovative Roofing and requested that they inspect the roof. We received photos and discovered pigeons had used an area on the roof as their bathroom. They came and fixed the roof and we are extremely happy with the work performed! I highly recommend them for any roofing needs whether its a repair or if you need a new roof. They are professional and will do the work promised. Thank you so much.

Comment: Ramon was very responsive to my request to inspect the roof and offer an estimate. He addressed other issues on my tile roof by providing a complete inspection that no doubt will save me expensive repairs in the future.His team repaired my issue for the estimated amount and they did clean and safe work.I recommend him to all of my neighbors and he gets a 10+ rating from my family and me.I will be asking him to do work for me again on another property because I trust him.

Comment: After attaining 3 other quotes Ramon Soto owner of “Innovative Roofing” stood above these other companies. His knowledge and professionalism speaks volumes. He was the only one who addressed that my roof had a “low valley” which could potentially cause some future drainage issues If shingles were used in this particular section.His solution was to use a rubber membrane in this area and have the shingles overlay a portion of that rubber membrane. Knowing this, as the other roofers provided me estimates I asked them about this issue and yes they all recognized it. But, none of them suggested a remedy to address it.So for me, it was a no brainer that “Innovative Roofing” would be my choice to re-roof my home. And let me tell you I couldn’t be more happier with the results Ramon and his crew from start to finish was 4 days the roof came out amazing and where that rubber membrane and shingles meet up looks seamless! Also, I’d be remiss if I don’t mention his amazing office staff his front desk operations manager Lorena Lopez goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with this decision, as does The AVP Maria Soto what more can I say? This was complete 5 star experience if you trust in what I’ve written save yourself the time and just hire Ramon Sota and “Innovative Roofing” he’s just amazing and loves what he does.

Comment: Maria answered all of my questions and she got her crew out to my house the same day. My roof was leaking and I didnt realize all the damage it had done to my house until the ceiling literally fell in one of my bedroom. I freaked out because it is my daughters room. Maria understood my urgency and they reroofed my home faster than i could have imagined. I am extremely happy with their work. I would highly recommend them.
