Comment: With winter approaching, we desperately needed a new roof on our manufactured home. We had seen the Imrie Roofing crew in our area, so decided to call them. The owner, Scott Imrie, immediately came to our home to evaluate our roof. He found it to be in very poor condition, explained the issues and suggested a new roof. He gave us a quote that was incredibly fair & reasonable. We gratefully accepted. He had other jobs pending before ours in the area, and gave us a window of when the job could be performed. He contacted us a few days later and stated that the weather forecast showed rain soon, so he and his crew expedited our new roof as he wanted us to be dry, secure and comfortable. In a day and a half we had a beautiful new roof! Scott & his team were amazing! They were prompt, pleasant, very hard working and exceptionally neat. After completing the job they left our driveway and yard spotless. We found Scott to be incredibly personable.... knowledgeable, kind, honest and down to earth. It was a true pleasure interacting with him, he completely charmed my wife and she has been raving about him & his crew and the fabulous job they did. We wholeheartedly recommend Imrie Roofing for any roofing needs you may have, large or small. You will not be disappointed. Scott Imrie is a true asset to the roofing community, Imrie Roofing is the best of the best!! Call him!

Comment: I have used a Imrie roofing twice for roof repair. Scott has always been very responsive and punctual and does exactly what he says hes going to do. He is on the job with his workers so hes aware of the whole process and has advised me every step of the way. He showed up exactly the way I would expect a contractor too.

Comment: 08-08-2022Needing a new roof on my house, about one year ago, I phoned several roofing companies. I had two estimates at $20,500 and $24,000. 7 months ago, I phoned three different companies. None of them phoned me back except IMRIE ROOFING. The owner, Scott Imrie, returned my call within 24 hours and arrived at my house less than 24 hours to give me a bid. This kind of service is unheard of in Lake County.Scott Imrie presented himself as one who had knowledge and years of experience in the roofing industry. He is very energetic and eager to please. I felt really comfortable with him as he is competent and confident. His estimate was far below the others, at $16,000. He is licensed and we signed a contract for the work to be done.Scott Imrie kept me informed as to when the work would begin. Imrie and his crew arrived the date he provided, ready to work. He and his crew showed up every day, at 6:45 am, at my request. He made sure that the quality of his work reached the highest standard. The cleaned up their mess and tools at the close of the day. Again, excellent service and consistency.In contrast, I could not get a call back from numerous electricians and laborers to perform alterations during the reroofing. Without hesitation, Imrie said he and his crew could perform these numerous tasks and did. Comment: Scott is great! They werent the cheapest bid but Im so happy we decided to go with Imrie Roofing. From our first meeting, I could tell that Scott really cared about his line of work. He provided a very detailed quote explaining everything very thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable since hes been doing this for MANY years. I wish he did more than roofing cuz I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
