Comment: I live in a mobile home in Morro Bay with a large pine tree right next to my house and a large area of concrete in front of it. Its a constant battle keeping the needles, seed fuzzies and sap cleaned up. Although the gutters had been cleaned recently, yesterday I saw pictures of residue growing in them before the work began. It had been a long time since the house exterior had been cleaned and there were black areas where mold, I guess, was starting to grow. So Highland cleaning had a hard challenge but the soft wash of the house, pressure wash of the sidewalk and scrubbing of the gutters left me with a new, sparkling clean home. Great job!

Comment: We had some significant tree overgrowth around our roof which had led to molding on the roof, walls and concrete. Vasil was able to clean it all away and it actually looked like we had gotten the house freshly painted. Vasil even offered to trim away the tree that was overhanging our roof and causing issues to begin with. He was thorough on every spot of our house as if he was working on his own home.Its a pleasure to find someone who takes such care and passion in their work. He was patient and detailed when going through the estimate as to what he thought was required, and he was prompt and clear whenever he found something new while working (like mold on the roof that we didnt know about) so we could make an informed decision to either proceed or pass on the new work.After seeing what a transformation this was, well likely make this cleaning something we do on a recurring basis. He does high quality work at a fair price. Were definitely going to be telling our friends and neighbors about him.

Then I saw Vasil working on a house in my neighborhood and the difference he made on it was amazing so I contacted him the next day to work on mine.Now I can say the difference he made on my house is amazing - gone is the mold and staining on the roof and walls.
